In this regard, using of species that are able to have higher production in this condition is a suitable strategy. In order to study the effect of drought and salinity stresses on morphophysiological properties of kallar grass (Leptochloa fusca L. kunth), a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with 4 replications was conducted under greenhouse conditions in 2009. The treatments were drought (100, 50 and 25 percent of field capacity equal -0.33, -3.4, and -11.2 bar, respectively) and salinity (electrical conductivity equal 0, 5, 10 and 20 dS/m). The results showed that electrolyte leakage was increased by reduce of soil water content in the cells and it reached the highest value 57% in severe drought stress (25% FC). Whereas, the different levels of salinity stress didn't increase it. The lowest of value of relative water content, root and shoot dry weight also were found in severe drought and salinity stress. However, the value of reduction of them in drought was more than salinity stress. Study on stomatal conductivity showed that it was increased 60 percent in combined stress (50% FC + 5 dS/m) in comparison with control. In total, kallar grass showed more tolerance salinity than drought stress, therefore, it is recommended for planting at saline water conditions.}, keywords = {Electrolyte leakage,Halophyte,Relative water content,Stomatal conductivity}, title_fa = {تأثیر تنش های خشکی و شوری بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک گیاه کالارگراس (Leptochloa fusca L. kunth) تحت شرایط کنترل شده}, abstract_fa = {خشکی و شوری در بسیاری از مناطق جهان از مهم‌ترین عوامل محدود کننده رشد و نمو گیاهان به شمار می‌روند. یک سازوکار مناسب در این زمینه استفاده از گونه هایی است که بتوانند در چنین شرایط محیطی از تولید مطلوبی برخوردار باشند. به منظور بررسی تنش های خشکی و شوری بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک گیاه کالارگراس آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 تکرار روی گونه هالوفیت کالارگراس در سال 1388 تحت شرایط گلخانه انجام پذیرفت. سه سطح خشکی (100، 50 و 25 درصد ظرفیت زراعی به ترتیب معادل پتانسیل 33/0-، 4/3- و 2/11- بار) و چهار سطح تنش شوری (هدایت الکتریکی 0، 5، 10 و 20 دسی زیمنس بر متر) تیمارهای آزمایش را تشکیل دادند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که نشت الکترولیت از سلول‌های برگ کالارگراس با کاهش محتوای رطوبت خاک افزایش یافته و در شدیدترین تیمار خشکی (FC 25%) با میانگین 57 درصد به بالاترین مقدار خود رسید. این در حالی بود که تنش شوری در هیچ یک از سطوح باعث افزایش نشت الکترولیتی از سلول‌ها نگردید. همچنین بیشترین سطوح تیمارهای شوری و خشکی در این آزمایش، کمترین مقادیر محتوای نسبی آب برگ، وزن خشک ریشه و وزن خشک بخش هوایی را دارا بودند، هر چند که شدت کاهش آنها در اثر تنش خشکی به مراتب بیش از تنش شوری بود. همچنین بررسی هدایت روزنه ای گیاهان مورد مطالعه در این آزمایش نشان داد که مقادیر این صفت در تیمار ترکیبی خشکی (ظرفیت زراعی50 درصد) و شوری (5 دسی زیمنس بر متر) در مقایسه با شاهد بدون تنش بیش از 60 درصد افزایش یافت. در مجموع، تحمل کالارگراس به شوری بهتر از خشکی بود، بنابراین کشت این گیاه در اراضی دارای آب شور مناسب خواهد بود.}, keywords_fa = {محتوای نسبی آب برگ,نشت الکترولیت,هالوفیت,هدایت روزنه‌ای}, url = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_35336.html}, eprint = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_35336_0da57bbe4cef61fdfac40a3bf4d5e0cd.pdf} }
