This experiment was conducted in a split plots arrangement with two factors based on randomized complete block design with three replications during years 2009-2010, at Research Farm of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The main factor consisted of cultivation and no cultivation of cover crops in autumn. The sub factor was biofertilizer application with four levels, included 1-Nitroxin® (containing Azotobacter spp. and Azospirillum spp.), 2-Biophosphorous® (Bacillus sp. and Pseudomonas sp.), 3-Nitroxin® + Biophosphorous® and 4-Control. Results showed that most characteristics, e.g. seed yield and harvest index were increased with no cover crop cultivation. However in control treatment, the biological yield, seed yield and harvest index were more than biofertilizeres treatments, as Nitroxin® and Biophosphorous® ranked after the control. Amongst the biofertilizers, Biophosphorus® had the most positive effects. The maximum grain weight was obtained from Nitroxin®+ Biophosphorous® treatment. The interaction effects of biofertilizer and cover crops were significant among some characteristics. The results showed that the interaction between biofertilizers and no cover crop cultivation was significant, as use of the biofertilizers especially Nitroxin® and Biophosphorous® in no cover crop condition increased the amounts of biological yield and seed yield.}, keywords = {Biological yield,Biophosphorus®,Clover,Lathyrus,Nitroxin}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات گیاهان پوششی زمستانه و ریزوباکترهای تحریک‌کننده‌ی رشد بر جنبه‌هایی از حاصلخیزی خاک و عملکرد محصول در یک سیستم ارگانیک تولید ریحان (Ocimum basilicum L.)}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از کودهای بیولوژیک، تناوب زراعی و گیاهان پوششی از جمله مؤلفه‌های نظام‌های کشاورزی پایدار هستند که تأکید زیادی بر نهاده‌های درون مزرعه دارند. بر این اساس و به‌منظور بررسی برخی پارامترهای حاصلخیزی خاک و عملکرد ریحان تحت شرایط استفاده از کودهای بیولوژیک و گیاه پوششی، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 89-1388 در مزرعه‌ی تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. آزمایش به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده با دو عامل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. عامل اصلی دارای 2 سطح شامل گیاه پوششی و عدم گیاه پوششی و عامل فرعی دارای 4 سطح شامل کودهای بیولوژیک نیتروکسین (حاوی باکتری‌های Azotobacter sp. و Azospirillum sp.)، بیوفسفر (حاوی باکتری‌های Bacillus sp. و Pseudomonas sp.)، نیتروکسین بعلاوه بیوفسفر و تیمار شاهد بود. نتایج، نشان‌دهنده برابری مقادیر اغلب صفات از جمله طول ساقه فرعی، تعداد ساقه فرعی، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک در دو حالت کشت و عدم کشت گیاهان پوششی بود. در نتیجۀ استفاده از کودهای بیولوژیک، طول ساقۀ اصلی و فرعی، تعداد ساقه فرعی، وزن خشک اندام هوایی و وزن هزار دانه افزایش یافت و از نظر دو صفت اخیر، این کودها نسبت به شاهد، برتری مطلق نشان دادند. عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت در تیمار شاهد بیش از تیمارهایی بود که در آنها از کود بیولوژیک استفاده شده بود و بعد از آن، به‌ترتیب نیتروکسین و بیوفسفر قرار داشتند. از لحاظ وزن هزار دانه، گیاهان تحت تیمار نیتروکسین به‌علاوه بیوفسفر، بیشترین مقدار را دارا بودند. اثر متقابل کود بیولوژیک و گیاه پوششی در اکثر صفات معنی‌دار بود به طوری که استفاده از کود بیولوژیک (بویژه فسفر) در شرایط عدم کاربرد گیاه پوششی سبب افزایش عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت شد.}, keywords_fa = {خلر,شبدر,مادۀ آلی خاک,نیتروکسین,بیوفسفر,عملکرد بیولوژیک}, url = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_36200.html}, eprint = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_36200_ddd17ccd195d9373c3f7d91534f5efaf.pdf} }
