In order to evaluate the effects of different nitrogen levels (zero, 50, 100 and 150 kg ha-1) and irrigation application rates (100, 75 and 50% of water requirement per species) on corn, sesame and sugar beet, three separate experiments was conducted in Agricultural Research Station of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in 2009-2010 growing season. Three separate experiments were arranged by strip plots in randomized complete block design, with three replications. The results showed that effect of irrigation application rates on biological yield and grain number per ear and interaction effects of water × nitrogen on plant height, 100 grain weight and grain yield of corn was significant. With decreasing irrigation over 25 % water requirements, the highest grain yield (4.93 ton ha-1) in corn observed by applying nitrogen equal to 50 kg.ha-1. In addition, the highest maize yield (9.41 ton.ha-1) in mentioned was obtained by supplying 100 % water requirements. Effects of Irrigation levels on plant height and the interaction effects of water × nitrogen on 1000 grain weight in sesame was significant. Under no water stress, the highest grain yield (1.22 ton ha-1) in sesame was obtained with applying 50kg nitrogen per ha. With supplying 75% water requirements plus 50 kg nitrogen per hactar, maximum yield of sesame (820 kg ha-1) was obtained. Results of this study indicated that interaction between studied factors had insignificant effect on economic and biological yield in sugar beet. With supplying 25% water requirements plus 50 kg nitrogen per ha, maximum yield of sugar beet (58.37 ton ha-1) was achieved. It seems that suitable nitrogen management can be considered as approach in optimize the water consuming.}, keywords = {Deficit irrigation, Dry mater yield,Economic yield,water requirement,Water stress}, title_fa = {اثرات سطوح آبیاری و نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ذرت، کنجد و چغندرقند در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مدیریت نا مناسب نیتروژن و آب، یکی از اصلی ترین عوامل در عدم بهره وری مناسب از این منابع مهم، در اغلب گیاهان زراعی می‌باشد. این تحقیق در سال زراعی 89-1388در سه آزمایش جداگانه بر روی ذرت، کنجد و چغندرقند بصورت کرت‌های خرد شده نواری در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. کرت‌های اصلی و نواری به ترتیب شامل 3 سطح آبیاری (50، 75 و 100 درصد نیاز آبی هر گونه) و چهار سطح نیتروژن (صفر، 50 ، 100 و 150کیلو گرم در هکتار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر سطوح آبیاری بر عملکرد بیولوژیک ذرت و تعداد دانه در بلال و اثر متقابل آب و نیتروژن بر ارتفاع بوته، وزن صد دانه و عملکرد دانه ذرت معنی‌دار بود. سطوح بالای نیتروژن در شرایط تنش ملایم باعث افزایش وزن صد دانه ذرت شد. در شرایط 100 و 75 درصد نیاز آبی، به ترتیب بیشترین عملکرد دانه ذرت در سطح صفر و 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن معادل 41/9 و 93/4 تن در هکتار بدست آمد. اثر آبیاری بر ارتفاع بوته و اثر متقابل آب و نیتروژن بر وزن هزار دانه کنجد معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه کنجد (22/1 تن در هکتار) در شرایط عدم تنش و با مصرف 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن حاصل شد. با تامین 75 درصد نیاز آبی، بیشترین عملکرد کنجد در سطح 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن (820 کیلو گرم در هکتار) به دست آمد. در سطح 25 درصد تنش آب یا 75 درصد نیاز آبی، با مصرف 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن ، عملکرد ریشه چغندرقند، 37/58 تن در هکتار بود. مدیریت مناسب نیتروژن در خاک می تواند به عنوان یک راهکار در بهبود مدیریت مصرف آب در کشاورزی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {تنش رطوبتی,کم آبیاری,عملکرد بیولوژیک,عملکرد دانه,نیاز آبی}, url = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_37007.html}, eprint = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_37007_f37b04af34d2d251d1dacc74545fb470.pdf} }
