The experimental treatments were included 4 levels of solution concentration (0, 4, 8 and 12 per 1000) and 7 levels of time and frequency of foliar applications (F1: foliar application on 3th February, F2: foliar application on 18th February, F3: foliar application on 5th March, F4: foliar applications on 3th and 18th February, F5: foliar applications on 3th February and 5th March, F6: foliar applications on 18th February and 5th March, F7: foliar applications on 3th and 18th February and 5th March). Results of variance analysis showed that fresh and dry weight of corm and leaf were not influenced by concentration, time and frequency of foliar applications. Also, comparison of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations of leaf and corm showed that there was no significant difference between levels of foliar treatments and control. Therefore, it seems that due attention to pattern of leaf and low nutrient demand of saffron, foliar applications in different levels of nutrient solution concentrations and times and frequencies of foliar applications could not increase vegetative growth and consequently, could not improve the growth and nutritional properties of saffron corms.}, keywords = {Corm of saffron,Leaf,Nutrient elements,Nutrient solution}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر غلظت محلول غذایی، زمان و دفعات مناسب برگپاشی بر رشد برگ و بنه‌های دختری زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)}, abstract_fa = {بهمنظور بررسی سطوح مختلف غلظت و زمان و تعداد دفعات برگپاشی بر وزن و میزان غلظت عناصر نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم برگ و بنه زعفران، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 3 تکرار بهصورت گلدانی در محیط باز باغ تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل 4 سطح غلظت محلول غذایی (0، 4، 8 و 12 در هزار) و 7 سطح دفعات و زمانهای مختلف برگپاشی (F1: برگپاشی در تاریخ 15 بهمن، F2: برگپاشی در تاریخ 30 بهمن، F3: برگپاشی در تاریخ 15 اسفند، F4: برگپاشی در تاریخ‌های 15 بهمن و 30 بهمن، F5: برگپاشی در تاریخ‌های 15 بهمن و 15 اسفند و F6: برگپاشی در تاریخ‌های 30 بهمن و 15 اسفند و F7: برگپاشی در تاریخ‌های 15 بهمن، 30 بهمن و 15 اسفند) بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات اندازهگیری شده، نشان داد که تعداد و وزن تر و خشک بنه و و وزن تر و خشک برگ تحت تأثیر غلظت‌های متفاوت و همچنین دفعات و زمان‌های مختلف برگپاشی قرار نگرفت. همچنین مقایسه غلظت عناصر نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم در برگ و بنه گیاه زعفران نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین سطوح تیمارهای برگپاشی و شاهد وجود نداشت. از اینرو به‌نظر می‌رسد که با توجه به خصوصیات برگ زعفران و نیازهای غذایی محدود آن، برگپاشی در غلظتهای مختلف محلول غذایی و دفعات و تاریخهای متفاوت، نمی‌تواند سبب افزایش رشد رویشی و پیامد آن بهبود خصوصیات رشدی وتغذیه‌ای بنه گیاه زعفران شود.}, keywords_fa = {برگ,بنه زعفران,عناصر غذایی,محلول غذایی}, url = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_37135.html}, eprint = {https://jcesc.um.ac.ir/article_37135_29c78fc2e81213541de14d14f65ce866.pdf} }
