مقایسه راندمان جذب، مصرف و بهره وری آب در سیستم های تک کشتی و چندکشتی کلزا (Brassica napus L.)، لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) و ذرت (Zea mays L.)
بهمنظور بررسی راندمان جذب، مصرف و بهره وری آب در سیستم های تک کشتی و چندکشتی سه گیاه کلزا، لوبیا و ذرت، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 87-1386 در منطقه مشهد به مرحله اجرا درآمد. در این بررسی، 6 تیمار کشت شامل سه تیمار تک کشتی برای هر یک از سه گیاه (کلزا در اول مهر، ذرت و لوبیا در 10 اردیبهشت) و سه تیمار چندکشتی شامل تیمار چندکشتی دوگانه (کشت همزمان لوبیا و ذرت در 10 اردیبهشت)، چندکشتی تأخیری دومرحله ای (کلزا در اول مهر و لوبیا و ذرت در 10 اردیبهشت) و چندکشتی تأخیری سه مرحله ای (کلزا در اول مهر، لوبیا در 20 فروردین و ذرت در 10 اردیبهشت) در نظر گرفته شد. این آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. بر اساس نتایج، ترکیب کشت، تأثیر معنی داری (01/0p≤) بر راندمان جذب، مصرف و بهره وری آب داشت. در بین تیمارهای چندکشتی، چندکشتی تأخیری دومرحله ای بیشترین راندمان جذب (43/0)، چندکشتی تأخیری سه مرحله ای بیشترین راندمان مصرف و بهره وری بر اساس عملکرد بیولوژیک (بهترتیب با 82/1 و 73/0 گرم بر مترمربع در میلی متر) و چندکشتی دوگانه بیشترین راندمان مصرف و بهرهوری بر اساس عملکرد دانه (بهترتیب با 43/0 و 17/0 گرم بر مترمربع در میلی متر) را نشان دادند. در بین تیمارهای تککشتی کلزا بیشترین راندمان جذب (26/0) و بیشترین راندمان مصرف و بهره وری بر اساس عملکرد بیولوژیک (بهترتیب با 82/6 و 75/1 گرم بر مترمربع در میلی متر) و ذرت بیشترین راندمان مصرف و بهره وری بر اساس عملکرد دانه (بهترتیب با 5/1 و 35/0 گرم بر مترمربع در میلی متر) را داشتند. در مجموع، تیمار چندکشتی تأخیری دومرحله ای از نظر راندمان جذب، تککشتی کلزا از نظر راندمان مصرف و بهره وری بر اساس عملکرد بیولوژیک و تککشتی ذرت از نظر راندمان مصرف و بهرهوری بر اساس عملکرد دانه، برتر بودند. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش بهنظر می رسد چنین ترکیب هایی از کشت به علل مختلف از جمله سایه اندازی کلزا روی گیاهچه های جوان لوبیا و ذرت نتیجه مطلوب حاصل ننماید و لذا لازم است آزمایش های بعدی به نحوی طراحی گردند که تلاقی دوره رشد گیاهان همراه با کلزا بسیار کمتر از آنچه در این آزمایش بود، تنظیم شود و تاریخ های کاشت به نحو دیگری تنظیم گردند.

تعیین درجه حرارتهای حداقل، بهینه و حداکثر جوانه زنی گل گاوزبان ایرانی (Echium amoenum) با استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی
به منظور ارزیابی خصوصیات جوانه زنی و تعیین درجه حرارتهای کاردینال گل گاوزبان ایرانی، آزمایشی در دماهای ثابت 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 40 درجه سانتی گراد در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با شش تکرار در آزمایشگاه گیاهان زراعی ویژه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1388 به اجرا درآمد. صفات مورد اندازه گیری عبارت بودند از: درصد جوانه زنی، سرعت جوانه زنی، وزن خشک ریشه چه و ساقه چه و طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه. به منظور بررسی تفاوت ویژگیهای جوانه زنی بذر گل گاو زبان دو مدل رگرسیونی: خطوط متقاطع و 5-پارامتری بتا مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. اثر دما بر درصد، سرعت جوانه زنی وزن خشک ریشهچه، ساقهچه و طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه بذر گل گاوزبان ایرانی معنی دار بود. بالاترین درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی در درجه حرارت 25 درجه سانتی گراد مشاهده شد. براساس رگرسیون بین سرعت جوانه زنی و درجه حرارت در بذر گل گاوزبان ایرانی، مقادیر درجه حرارتهای پایه، مطلوب و حداکثر به ترتیب در دامنه (66/5-99/4)، (23- 22/29)، (12/39-36/40) درجه سانتی گراد بدست آمد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده مدل5- پارامتری بتا مدل بهتری بود.

تنوع زیستی درختان میوه در کشور با تاکید بر شهرستانهای استان خراسان
تنوع زیستی کشاورزی مفهومی است که در سالهای اخیر مورد توجه زیادی واقع شده است و از ابعاد مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بر این اساس و به منظور بررسی تنوع گونهای باغات میوه در کشور به ویژه در استان خراسان، 29 استان در کشور به همراه 23 شهرستان از استان خراسان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. محاسبه تنوع گونههای درختان میوه برای استانهای کشور در سال 1382 و برای شهرستانهای استان خراسان در دو سالِ 75-1374 و 10 سال پس از آن یعنی 85-1384 انجام گرفت. همچنین پس از گروه بندی انواع محصولات باغی به تفکیک دانه دارها، هسته دارها، دانه ریزها، میوههای خشک، میوههای نیمه گرمسیری و سایر میوه ها، شاخصهای تنوع شامل شاخص تنوع شانون، مارگالف، شاخص یکنواختی و شاخصهای غالبیتِ سیمسون و برگر-پارکر برای هر گروه جداگانه محاسبه شد. نتایج حاکی است که سه استان کرمان، فارس و خراسان مجموعاً حدود 40 درصد کل سطح زیر کشت باغات کشور را به خود اختصاص داده اند. غنای گونهای در تمامی استانهای کشور نسبتاً بالا است اما شاخص یکنواختی گونهای در کلیه استانها در حد متوسط است (به طور میانگین برای کلیه استانها برابر با 55/0 است). از این رو در برخی از استانها مانند بوشهر، کرمان به دلیل کشت غالب خرما و پسته غالبیت گونهای دیده میشود. همچنین در خصوص گروههای مختلف درختان میوه بیشترین غنای گونهای و تنوع در استان خراسان در گروه میوههای هسته دار وجود دارد در حالی که بیشترین سطح زیر کشت متعلق به گروه میوههای خشک مانند پسته، بادام، گردو و سنجد است. شهرستان کاشمر بیشترین سطح زیر کشت باغات میوه استان خراسان را به خود اختصاص داده است (به طور متوسط24 هزار هکتار). با محاسبه شاخص شانون ملاحظه شد که بالاترین میزان تنوع در شهرستانهای نهبندان و بیرجند (به ترتیب با 24 و 25 گونه) وجود دارد و کمترین آن در فریمان (14 گونه) است. به دلیل سطح زیر کشت بالای گونۀ سیب در شهرستان فریمان و گونههای انگور و سیب در شیروان، براساس شاخص برگر-پارکر بیشترین غالبیت در این دو شهرستان وجود دارد.

اثر تناوب بر پویایی مکانی علفهای هرز شاهتره ایرانی (Fumaria vaillantti) و علف هفتبند (Polygonum aviculare)
به منظور ارزیابی اثر تناوب زراعی بر پویایی مکانی علفهای هرز شاه تره ایرانی (vaillantti Fumaria) و علف هفت بند (Polygonum aviculare)، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 86-1385 در مزرعه نمونه آستانه قدس رضوی واقع در شرق مشهد اجرا شد. قطعات مورد آزمایش، تحت تناوبهای یونجه- آیش- گندم، کلزا- آیش- گندم و گندم- آیش- گندم بودند. نمونه برداری از مزارع با استفاده از کوآدراتهای 5/0×5/0 متر، به صورت نمونه برداری گسسته سیستماتیک در محل تلاقی شبکه نقاط مربعی 7 × 7 متر، در سه مرحله قبل از کنترل شیمیایی، بعد از کنترل شیمیایی و قبل از برداشت انجام و تراکم علفهای هرز مورد مطالعه به تفکیک گونه ثبت شد. در هر سه تناوب بخصوص در مراحل دوم و سوم نمونه برداری شاه تره ایرانی و علف هفت بند جزء گونههای غالب مزارع بودند. اما در مرحله اول نمونه برداری، گونههای غالب مزارع متفاوت بودند. در مرحله سوم نمونه برداری در هر سه مزرعه علف هفت بند، علف هرز غالب هر سه مزرعه بود و از اهمیت شاه تره ایرانی کاسته شد، زمستانه بودن شاه تره ایرانی و تابستانه بودن علف هفت بند میتواند دلیل این پدیده باشد. بررسی اجزای واریوگرام گونههای مورد مطالعه نشان داد که کمترین و بیشترین میزان اثر قطعه ای به ترتیب معادل 17/0 و 001/1 ، همچنین دامنه تأثیر نیز در محدوده ای بین 8/2 – 5/93 متر متغیر بود. اثر قطعه ای و دامنه تاثیر علف هفت بند در طی مراحل اول و دوم نمونه برداری در هر سه تناوب دارای روندی نزولی بود، در حالی که تغییرات اثر قطعه ای و دامنه تاثیر شاه تره ایرانی طی مراحل نمونه برداری بسته به نوع تناوب متفاوت بود. پس از کاربرد اجزای واریوگرام در فرایند کریجینگ نقشههای توزیع مکانی علفهای هرز مورد مطالعه رسم شدند که توزیع لکه ای، و در امتداد جهت شخم را در بیشتر موارد نشان دادند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که تناوب تاثیر معنی داری بر پویایی مکانی علف های هرز دارد که با آگاهی از این تاثیرات میتوان در مدیرت علف های هرز موثرتر عمل کرد.

بررسی مقدماتی عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد تعدادی از اکوتیپهای کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) رایج در استان خراسان
در اغلب مناطق خراسان از اکوتیپهای کنجد برای کاشت استفاده میشود ولی در خصوص عملکرد و اجزاء آنها اطلاعات اندکی در دسترس میباشد. لذا به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد 14 اکوتیپ کنجد به نامهای 1MSC، 2MSC، 3MSC، 4MSC، 5MSC، 6MSC، 7MSC، 8MSC، 9MSC، 10MSC، 11MSC، 12MSC، 13MSC، 14MSC آزمایشی در بهار سال 1388 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت اکوتیپ ها از نظر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد (تعداد کپسول در بوته، تعداد دانه در کپسول و وزن هزار دانه) معنی دار (05/0≥p) بود. بیشترین عملکرد را اکوتیپهای 9 MSC و 10MSC (به ترتیب به میزان 1520 و 1450 کیلوگرم در هکتار) داشتند و کمترین آن مربوط به اکوتیپهای 6MSC و 8MSC (به میزان 490 و 420 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بود. بیشترین تعداد کپسول در بوته و دانه در کپسول نیز به ترتیب در اکوتیپ 2MSC و 9MSC مشاهده شد. عملکرد دانه بیشترین همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار را با عملکرد بیولوژیک (**75/0 = r) داشت و پس از آن شاخص برداشت (**41/0 = r) و تعداد کپسول در بوته (*28/0 = r) با عملکرد دانه همبستگی بالایی داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد دانه در 50 درصد اکوتیپهای مورد مطالعه پیش از یک تن در هکتار است و لذا انجام مطالعات تکمیلی در خصوص انتخاب ارقام پر محصول از بین آنها مفید خواهد بود.

اثر سطوح مختلف کود اوره و سوپر فسفات تریپل بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی کوشیا (Kochia scoparia) در شرایط تنش شوری
یکی از مشکلات تولید گیاهان علوفهای در مناطق شور کاهش عملکرد و کیفیت علوفه در شرایط آبیاری با آب شور است. در این راستا استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی میتواند به عنوان یک راهکار مفید مورد توجه باشد. به همین منظور مطالعهای به منظور بررسی سطوح مختلف کود اوره و فسفر در شرایط آبیاری با آب شور بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی کوشیا با استفاده از آزمایش طرح های خرد شده به صورت فاکتوریل با سه تکرار انجام شد. کرتهای اصلی شامل سطوح شوری 2/5 و 5/16 دسیزیمنس بر متر از آب آبیاری و کرتهای فرعی شامل سه سطح اوره با نیتروژن 46 درصد (صفر، 100، 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و سه سطح فسفر از نوع سوپر فسفات تریپل (صفر، 75، 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بودند که با آرایش فاکتوریل در کرت های آزمایشی مرتب شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر شوری بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی مورد مطالعه در این آزمایش، معنیداری دار نبود. شاخص سطح سبز و شاخص پایداری غشاء با کاربرد کود نیتروژنه در شوری 2/5 دسی زیمنس بر متر افزایش معنیداری نسبت به تیمار شاهد پیدا کرد در حالیکه فسفر تاثیر چندانی بر آنها نداشت. در تمامی صفات کاربرد کودها در شوری 5/16 دسی زیمنس بر متر نه تنها تاثیر چندانی بر بهبود تحمل به تنش نداشت بلکه سبب افزایش اثرات سوء تنش شوری نیز شد. از نظر همبستگی بین صفات مورد مطالعه با عملکرد علوفه خشک، تنها شاخص سطح سبز همبستگی بالایی (**71/0r=) نشان داد. به طور کلی استفاده از مقادیر 100 کیلوگرم کود اوره و 75 کیلوگرم کود سوپر فسفات ترپیل توانست بدون اثرات منفی، سبب بهبود خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی بررسی شده در این آزمایش شود.

مقایسه کارایی کاربرد خرد شده و یکباره علف کش مزوسولفورون متیل+یدوسولفورون متیل سدیم در یولاف وحشی (Avena ludoviciana L.)
امروزه کاهش استفاده از علفکشها و راهکارهای مختلفی مانند کاربرد خرد شده آنها که منجر به کاهش میزان مصرف میشود، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. آزمایش گلخانه ای در دو نوبت جهت مقایسه کارایی مصرف یکباره و خرد شده علف کش مزوسولفورون متیل+یدوسولفورون متیل در کنترل علف هرز یولاف وحشی انجام و تاثیر فاصله زمانی بین دو کاربرد علف کش در رهیافت خرد شده و نسبتهای مختلف مورد استفاده در هر کاربرد، بررسی شد. تجزیه دادهها با روشهای مقایسه ED90 و مدل اختلاط انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که با تاخیر در کاربرد علف کش، کارایی آن در هر دو روش یکباره و خرد شده کاهش یافت ولی این کاهش در کاربرد یکباره شدیدتر بود. در میان نسبتهای مختلف کاربرد، نسبت 75:25 تقریبا در تمام مراحل کاربرد، کارایی بیشتری در کنترل یولاف وحشی، داشت. ولی با توجه به مدل اختلاط نسبت 50:50 تنها نسبت هم کاهی بود که از سم پاشی در مراحل رشدی دیرهنگام یولاف وحشی (7 و 14 روز بعد از مرحله 2 برگی) ثبت شد. واکنش افزایشی در هر دو نسبت 50:50 و 75:25 در مراحل ابتدایی رشد (سم پاشی، 3 روز بعد از مرحله 2 برگی) رخ داد. با توجه به نتایج آزمایش، کارایی کاربرد خرد شده علف کش مزوسولفورون متیل+ یدوسولفورون متیل، بیشتر از کاربرد یکباره آن بود.

واکنش سرعت فتوسنتز، پایداری غشاء و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت به تنش خشکی و کود ازته در دو رقم جو (Hordeum vulgare) تحت شرایط کنترل شده
به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف کود ازته و تنش خشکی بر سرعت فتوسنتز و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی دو رقم جو پاییزه آزمایشی گلدانی در سال زراعی 88-1387 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل تیمار آبیاری پس از گلدهی در دو سطح شاهد (3- بار) و تنش خشکی ( 13- بار)، کود ازته در سه سطح شاهد (بدون مصرف کود ازته) و سطوح اول و دوم به ترتیب 27 و 54 میلی گرم ازت خالص به ازاء هر کیلوگرم خاک و دو رقم جو آبیدر (دیم و مقاوم به خشکی) و CB-74-2 (آبی و حساس به خشکی) بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد تنش خشکی، سرعت فتوسنتز، محتوای نسبی آب برگ (RWC) و پایداری غشاء در برابر تنش خشکی و گرمایی را کاهش و فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز را افزایش داد. مصرف کود ازته نیز بر سرعت فتوسنتز، میزان SPAD، RWC و پایداری غشاء در برابر تنش خشکی اثر مثبت نشان داد. در شرایط آبیاری رقم CB-74-2 از لحاظ صفات مطلوب برای کشت آبی از جمله سرعت فتوسنتز، RWC و فعالیتهای آنزیمی نسبت به رقم آبیدر برتری نشان داد، در حالیکه تحت تنش خشکی رقم آبیدر کاهش آرامتر در فتوسنتز، RWC و پایداری غشاء سلولی در برابر تنش گرمایی و افزایش شدیدتر فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز را در مقایسه با آبیاری مطلوب نشان داد. در هر دو شرایط آبیاری و تنش خشکی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری بین وزن دانه در بوته و میزان SPAD مشاهده شد.

اثر محلول پاشی کیتوزان بر رشد و خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) در شرایط تنش کم آبی
به منظور ارزیابی اثر تنش کم آبی و محلول پاشی کیتوزان در گیاه گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) آزمایشی گلدانی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 1388 در دانشکده ی کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تنش کم آبی (آبیاری پس از تخلیه ی 55 درصد رطوبت قابل دسترس خاک (بدون تنش) و آبیاری پس از تخلیه ی 70 درصد رطوبت قابل دسترس خاک (تنش کم آبی))، دو سطح کیتوزان (صفر (شاهد)، 05/0 و 1/0 درصد، که همه در اسید استیک یک درصد حل شده بودند) همراه با تیمار آب مقطر (شاهد آب) و زمان محلولپاشی کیتوزان (قبل و در طول دورهی ساقه دهی) بودند که داخل گلدان های آزمایشی اعمال شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش کم آبی موجب کاهش ارتفاع بوته، سطح برگ، وزن خشک ساقه و ریشه، طول و حجم ریشه گردید. درحالی که محلول پاشی با کیتوزان سبب افزایش این صفات شد. همچنین تنش کم آبی میزان فلورسانس کلروفیل، کلروفیل برگ و محتوی آب نسبی را کاهش داد. محتوی کاروتنوئید، پرولین و مالون دی آلدئید (MDA) در پاسخ به تنش آبی افزایش یافت. محلولپاشی گیاهان قرار گرفته در معرض تنش کم آبی با کیتوزان سبب افزایش محتوی آب نسبی (%77/68)، کارآیی کوانتومی نظام نوری 2 (Fv/Fm) و کلروفیلb شد، درحالی که محتوی MDA را در این گیاهان کاهش داد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که مصرف کیتوزان می تواند اثرات مضر تنش کم آبی را در گیاه گلرنگ کاهش داده و رشد آن را بهبود بخشد.

تأثیر زمان های مختلف برداشت بر عملکرد و کیفیت علوفه ذرت تحت شرایط کشت مخلوط با گیاهان لگومینه
استفاده از گیاهان پوششی بخصوص گیاهان لگومینه نه تنها باعث بهبود کیفیت علوفه گیاه زراعی میگردد، بلکه با پوشاندن سطح زمین باعث کنترل علفهای هرز نیز میشوند، بدین منظور آزمایشی طی سال زراعی 1390 به صورت بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری انجام شد، که تیمارهای آن شامل سه گیاه لگومینه، سویا (Glycine max L.)، شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum gracu L.) و لوبیا چشم بلبلی (Vigna unguiculata L.)در دو تاریخ مختلف کاشت (همزمان با گیاه ذرت و 21 روز بعد از کاشت گیاه ذرت) همراه با شاهد (بدون گیاه لگوم) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تأخیر در زمان برداشت از مرحله شیری تا مرحله خمیری سبب افزایش ماده خشک شد، به طوری که برداشت ذرت در مرحله خمیری در تیمارهای ذرت خالص (بدون گیاه پوششی) (17 درصد)، گیاهان لگومینه سویا در تاریخ اول و دوم (14 و 9 درصد)، شنبلیله در تاریخ اول و دوم (11 و 22 درصد) و لوبیا چشم بلبلی در تاریخ اول و دوم (3 و 11 درصد) نسبت به مرحله شیری سبب افزایش عملکرد ماده خشک شد. همچنین بیشترین علوفه در بین گیاهان لگومینه در گیاه لوبیا چشم بلبلی حاصل شد. بررسی ها نشان داد برداشت در مرحله شیری نسبت به مرحله خمیری از کیفیت علوفه بالاتری برخوردار بود. بیشترین درصد پروتئین خام و ماده خشک قابل هضم علوفه ذرت به ترتیب در تاریخ اول و دوم لوبیا چشم بلبلی و سویا به دست آمد. همچنین حداکثر درصد قندهای محلول در آب نیز در تیمار ذرت خالص (بدون گیاه لگوم) مشاهده گردید. وزن خشک علف های هرز نیز با افزایش زیست توده در کشت مخلوط به صورت معنی داری (05/0P≤) کاهش یافت.

بررسی روش های موثر در شکستن خواب بذرالبنج مشبک (Hyoscyamus reticulatus L.)
بذرالبنج مشبک (Hyoscyamus reticulatus L.) یکی از مهمترین گیاهان تیره بادمجان Solanaceae)) بوده که بذرهای آن به علت خواب به سختی جوانه می زنند. در این راستا، به منظور تعیین مناسبترین روش برای شکستن خواب این گیاه آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل پیش سرمادهی بذور مرطوب در دمای چهار درجه سانتیگراد در چهار سطوح زمانی (7، 14، 21 و 28 روز)، تیمار تلفیقی اسید جیبرلیک (ppm500) و سرمادهی مرطوب (به مدت 7، 14، 21 و 28 روز)، خیساندن بذرها در هورمون های اسید جیبرلیک، سیتوکنین و اکسین با غلظت های 250، 500، 750 و 1000 ppm به مدت 24 ساعت، خیساندن بذرها در نیترات پتاسیم 1/0، 2/0 و 4/0 درصد، خیساندن بذرها در آب داغ 70 و 90 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 5، 10 و 15 دقیقه، قرار دادن بذرها در آب جاری به مدت 24 و 48 ساعت، خیساندن بذرها در اسید سولفوریک 70 و 95 درصد به مدت 5، 10 و 15 دقیقه و خراشدهی با کاغذ سمباده بود. نتایج نشان داد که خواب بذر بذرالبنج مشبک از نوع فیزیولوژیکی است، زیرا بیشترین درصد جوانه زنی بذرها در اثر اعمال تیمار تلفیقی پیش سرمادهی مرطوب به مدت 21 روز و اسید جیبرلیک (ppm 500) به دست آمد. علاوه بر این، سرمادهی مرطوب و اسید جیبرلیک به تنهایی نیز بر شکست خواب بذرهای بذرالبنج مشبک تاثیر چشمگیری داشتند و به ترتیب جوانه زنی را تا 40 و 81 درصد افزایش دادند. تأثیر سایر هورمون های استفاده شده در این تحقیق اگرچه از نظر آماری بر شکست خواب این بذرها معنی دار ارزیابی شد، ولی در مقایسه با تأثیر چشمگیر تیمار تلفیقی سرما و اسید جیبرلیک و اسید جیبرلیک به تنهایی چندان قابل چشمگیر نبود. از طرف دیگر عدم تأثیر آب جاری، آب داغ، اسید سولفوریک و خراشدهی با کاغذ سمباده بر شکست خواب بذرهای مذکور نمی تواند مؤید وجود خواب به علت تجمع مواد بازدارنده و یا نوع فیزیکی بوده باشد.

ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی حاصل از القای جهش با پرتوتابی گاما در صفات مورفولوژیک در نسل دوم لاین های جهش یافته کلزا
القای جهش روشی موثر برای افزایش تنوع ژنتیکی گیاهان مخصوصا برای صفاتی با تنوع ژنتیکی پائین می باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر دز 1200 گری اشعه ی گاما بر خصوصیات مورفوفنولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد و شناسائی جهش یافته های مفید در دو رقم کلزای بهاره RGS003 و ساریگل می باشد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات حاکی از اختلاف بسیار معنیدار بین لاینهای جهش یافته بود. بر اساس نتایج همبستگیهای فنوتیپی و ژنتیکی، صفت وزن هزار دانه دارای بیشترین ضرایب همبستگی با صفت عملکرد دانه در بوته بود. در بررسی ارتباط صفات کمی با عملکرد دانه به کمک رگرسیون مرحلهای نیز وزن هزار دانه به عنوان مهمترین صفت تعیین کننده عملکرد شناخته شد. با توجه به تنوع القا شده در صفات مورفولوژیک احتمالا میتوان از بین لاینهای جهش یافته ارزیابی شده، گزینههای مناسب را برای برنامههای ژنتیکی اصلاحی آینده کلزا انتخاب نمود. لاینهای جهش یافته شماره 9 ژنوتیپ RGS003 و شماره 16، 25 و 26 رقم ساریگل بعنوان برترین لاینهای جهش یافته نسل دوم شناسایی شدند که از نظر جنبه های اصلاحی کلزا حائز اهمیت می باشند.

اثر شوری و روش کاشت بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و درصد روغن دانه دو رقم گلرنگ (Carthamustinctorius L.) بهاره
به منظور مطالعه اثرات تنش شوری و روش کاشت بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و درصد روغن دو رقم گلرنگ بهاره، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شیراز به صورت کرت های دو بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی شامل 2 رقم گلرنگ (اصفهان 14 و گلدشت)، فاکتور فرعی شامل 4 سطح شوری آب آبیاری (4/0، 9/5، 3/7و 1/9 دسی زیمنس بر متر) و فاکتور فرعی شامل 2 روش کاشت (درون جوی و روی پشته) بود. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن (تعداد طبق در بوته، تعداد دانه در طبق، وزن طبق در بوته و وزن هزار دانه) بطور معنی داری کاهش یافت. بیشینه عملکرد دانه (43/2265 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در سطح 4/0 دسی زیمنس بر متر و کمینه آن (19/1559 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در سطح شوری 1/9 دسی زیمنس بر متر بدست آمد. رقم اصفهان 14 در مقایسه با رقم گلدشت به شوری متحمل تر بود و در همه سطوح دارای عملکرد دانه بیشتری بود. با افزایش شوری درصد روغن هر دو رقم کاهش یافت اما این کاهش در رقم اصفهان 14 به میزان 7/22 درصد کمتر از رقم گلدشت بود. عملکرد دانه در روش کاشت درون جوی به میزان 7/4 درصد بیشتر از روش کاشت روی پشته بود. به نظر می رسد دستکاری در روش کاشت و انتخاب رقم مناسب دو عاملی هستند که می توانند اثر منفی شوری را بر کاهش عملکرد دانه تعدیل نمایند.

تأثیر راهبردهای مدیریتی نیتروژن و کود زیستی بر صفات مورفولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و صفات کیفی ذرت هیبرید سینگل کراس 704
در سال های اخیر، استفاده بی رویه از کودهای شیمیایی و عدم توجه به اهمیت مواد آلی در بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک، منجر به افزایش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی، آلودگی های محیطی و غیره شده است. به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف کودی (آلی، شیمیایی و تلفیقی) بر عملکرد ذرت هیبرید سینگل کراس 704 آزمایشی مزرعه ای در سال 1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل پنج سطح مختلف کودی: 1- (هشت تن کود آلی در هکتار)، 2- (شش تن کود آلی و 46 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار)، 3- (چهار تن کود آلی و 92 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار)، 4- (دو تن کود آلی و 138 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار) و 5- (184 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار) و فاکتور دوم شامل: 1- (بذور تلقیح شده با ازتوباکتر و آزوسپیریلیوم) و 2- (بذور تلقیح نشده) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای آزمایشی اثر معنی داری بر صفات اندازه گیری شده، داشتند. بیشترین میزان شاخص سطح برگ (7/7)، عملکرد دانه (1000 گرم در مترمربع)، وزن هزار دانه (213 گرم) و درصد پروتئین (11 درصد) از سطح کودی سوم و بیشترین ارتفاع بوته و عملکرد بیولوژیک به ترتیب به میزان 256 سانتی متر و 22 تن در هکتار از سطح کودی چهارم به دست آمد. همچنین در بذور تلقیح شده با کود زیستی صفات اندازه گیری شده از میزان بیشتری نسبت به تیمار شاهد (عدم تلقیح) برخوردار بودند، به طوری که در تیمار تلقیح شده (اول) میزان شاخص سطح برگ (7/7)، ارتفاع بوته (252 سانتی متر)، عملکرد دانه (978 گرم در مترمربع)، وزن هزار دانه (205 گرم)، عملکرد بیولوژیک (22 تن در هکتار) و درصد پروتئین (10 درصد) بود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده استفاده از کودهای زیستی و همچنین تلفیق کود آلی با شیمیایی روش مناسبی برای افزایش عملکرد کمی و کیفی ذرت محسوب می گردد.

ارزیابی عملکرد و شاخص های رشد سیب زمینی تحت سطوح مختلف تنش کم آبی
به منظور بررسى اثر تنش کمآبى بر عملکرد و شاخص های رشد سیبزمینى رقم آئولا از روش آبیارى بارانى با حجم های مختلف آب در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزى و منابع طبیعی خراسان رضوی (مشهد) استفاده شد. در فواصل 75/0، 75/3، 75/6، 75/9 و 75/12 متر از خط لوله آبیارى میزان آب دریافتى اندازهگیرى شد و به ترتیب تحت عنوان تیمار بدون تنش، تنش بسیار ملایم، تنش ملایم، تنش شدید و تنش بسیار شدید بررسى شدند. در این تحقیق، عملکرد در شاهد 47/26، تنش بسیار ملایم 3/22، در تنش ملایم 31/17، در تنش شدید 88/9 و در تنش بسیار شدید 04/2 تن در هکتار به دست آمد. اثرات تنش کم آبی بر روى تغییرات ماده خشک اندام هاى گیاهى، کل ماده خشک گیاه (TDM)، سرعت رشد نسبى (RGR)، سرعت رشد محصول (CGR)، شاخص سطح برگ (LAI)، دوام سطح برگ (LAD) و سرعت جذب خالص (NAR) بسیار زیاد بود. حداکثر سرعت رشد نسبى در سطوح تنش کمآبى بین 004/0 تا 005/0 گرم بر گرم در GDD محاسبه شد. در تنشهاى شدید و بسیار شدید حداکثر سرعت رشد محصول زودتر انجام شد (به ترتیب در 1300 و 1200 درجه روز رشد) و سایر تیمارها دیرتر (در 1600 درجه روز رشد) به حداکثر سرعت رشد محصول رسیدند. بیشترین مقدار LAD در تیمار بدون تنش به میزان 478 شاخص سطح برگ روز و در GDD1600 به دست آمد.

تأثیر کاربرد زئولیت طبیعی بر تحمل به تنش کم آبیاری در ذرت دانهای
این مطالعه به منظور تعیین تأثیر مصرف زئولیت طبیعی کلینوپتیلولیت بر تحمل به تنش کمآبیاری در ذرت سینگل کراس 704 اجرا شد. آزمایش در چهار سطح آبیاری، آبیاری پس از 70 (آبیاری نرمال)، 95 (تنش ملایم)، 120 (تنش شدید) و 145 (تنش بسیار شدید) میلیمتر تبخیر تجمعی از سطح تشت تبخیر کلاش A و زئولیت در سه سطح شاهد (عدم مصرف) و مصرف شش و 12 تن در هکتار، در سه تکرار به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در مزرعه مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج در سال زراعی 1391 اجرا شد. تأثیر آبیاری بر تعداد روز تا ظهور ابریشم، فاصله بین گردهافشانی تا ظهور ابریشم، ارتفاع بلال از سطح زمین، طول بلال و عملکرد دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد و بر تعداد روز تا گردهافشانی، ارتفاع بوته، قطر بلال، تعداد بلال و وزن هزار دانه در سطح احتمال پنج درصد معنیدار بود. همچنین، مصرف زئولیت بر وزن هزار دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد و بر فاصله بین گردهافشانی تا ظهور ابریشم، طول بلال و عملکرد دانه در سطح احتمال پنج درصد معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه با میانگین 7352 و 1/6134 کیلوگرم در هکتار به ترتیب از آبیاری نرمال و مصرف 12 تن در هکتار زئولیت حاصل شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش در شرایط فراهمی آب آبیاری، برای حصول حداکثر عملکرد دانه در ذرت سینگل کراس 704 آبیاری پس از 70 میلیمتر، تبخیر از سطح تشت تبخیر صورت گیرد، در این شرایط مصرف زئولیت طبیعی ضرورتی ندارد ولی در شرایط کمبود آب در منطقه، آبیاری پس از 95 میلیمتر تبخیر از سطح تشت تبخیر به همراه مصرف 12 تن در هکتار زئولیت درجهت حفظ رطوبت اطراف محیط ریشه و صرفهجویی در مصرف آب به میزان 97/12 درصد توصیه میشود. اعمال کمآبیاری بیشتر از این مقدار باعث کاهش معنیدار عملکرد دانه خواهد شد.

تاثیر مقادیر و زمان کاربرد کود ریزمغذی بر ویژگی های کمی و کیفی گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L. )
گلرنگ یکی از دانه های روغنی سازگار به طیف وسیعی از شرایط خاکی ایران است که کمبود عناصر ریزمغذی سبب کاهش عملکرد کمی و کیفی آن می شود. به منظور بررسی تاثیر میزان و زمان مصرف کود ریزمغذی بر عملکرد دانه، اجزاء عملکرد و ویژگی های کیفی روغن دانه گلرنگ ژنوتیپ Mex141 آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار اجرا گردید. عامل ها شامل محلولپاشی برگی کود ریزمغذی در چهار سطح (1- بدون مصرف کود ریزمغذی (F 1)، 2- مصرف 5/2 کیلوگرم (F 2)، 3- مصرف 3 کیلوگرم (F 3) و 4- مصرف 5/4 کیلوگرم در هکتار (F 4)) و زمان کاربرد (3 T1= ، 4 T2= و 5 T3= هفته) کود پس از شکل گیری طبق بودند. نتایج نشان داد که صفات شروع و خاتمه گل دهی، طول دوره گل دهی، ارتفاع اولین شاخه زایشی (طبق)، تعداد شاخه فرعی، تعداد دانه در طبق، قطر طبق، عملکرد دانه، محتوی روغن و پروفیل اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع روغن تحت تاثیر مقادیر کود ریزمغذی و زمان کاربرد آن و برهم کنش آنها قرار گرفت. با افزایش مصرف کود ریزمغذی، عملکرد دانه افزایش یافت و بیشترین میزان آن (1/1791 کیلوگرم در هکتار) با کاربرد 3 کیلوگرم کود ریزمغذی در 4 هفته پس از شکل گیری طبق حاصل شد. میزان کود بر محتوی اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع روغن دانه تاثیر داشت به طوری که بیشترین میزان اسید چرب (92/15درصد) تک باند دوگانه اولئیک (18:1) بدون یا با مصرف کمترین میزان کود ریزمغذی بدست آمد. همچنین بیشترین میزان (97/75 درصد) اسید چرب با دو باند دوگانه لینولئیک (18:2) با مصرف 5/4 کیلوگرم درهکتار ریزمغذی و بیشترین میزان (29/0 درصد) اسید چرب با سه باند دوگانه اسید چرب لینولنیک (18:3) با مصرف متعادل (3 کیلوگرم درهکتار) کود ریزمغذی حاصل شد. اثر برهم کنش کود ریزمغذی و زمان کاربرد کود بر محتوی اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع نظیر لینولئیک (18:2) و لینولنیک (18:3) معنی دار (01/0 p

اثر منابع و مقادیر مختلف کود نیتروژن بر خواص کمی و کیفی گیاه جعفری ((Petroselinum crispum Mill. در منطقه جیرفت
گیاه جعفری ارزش غذایی بسیار بالایی داشته و سرشار از ویتامین های A، B، C و عناصر غذایی است. به منظور بررسی اثر منابع مختلف نیتروژن بر جعفری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با دو عامل نوع کود در سه سطح نیترات کلسیم، سولفات آمونیوم و اوره، و مقدار کود در چهار سطح صفر، 100، 125 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار، در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی و با 3 تکرار در سال زراعی 1390 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر منابع نیتروژن بر تمامی صفات اندازه گیری شده معنی دار شد. به طوری که بیشترین میزان وزن تر اندام هوایی، وزن تر ریشه، غلظت ویتامین C، و غلظت کلسیم برگ از منبع کودی 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیترات کلسیم و بیشترین میزان وزن خشک اندام هوایی، ارتفاع بوته و طول برگ و غلظت آهن برگ از منبع 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار سولفات آمونیوم و بیشترین میزان مجموع کلروفیل a و b از 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار اوره به دست آمد.

تاثیر تنش شوری و محلول پاشی متیل جاسمونات بر سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنهای، کارائی مصرف آب و عملکرد بابونه آلمانی
جاسمونات ها از تنظیم کننده های رشد گیاهی جدید به شمار می روند که در افزایش مقاومت گیاهان به تنش های محیطی از جمله تنش شوری از نقش مهمی برخودارند. به همین دلیل در این آزمایش تاثیر محلول پاشی متیل جاسمونات بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد گل بابونه -آلمانی در شرایط تنش شوری مطالعه شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانه اجرا شد. محلول پاشی متیل جاسمونات در پنج سطح (MJ1: صفر، MJ2: 75، MJ3: 150، MJ4: 225 و MJ5: 300 میکرومولار) و شوری در چهار سطح (S1: 2، S2: 6، S3: 10، و S4: 14 دسی زیمنس برمتر) تیمارهای آزمایشی بودند. اثر متیل جاسمونات، تنش شوری و اثر متقابل آنها بر سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنه ای، سرعت تعرق، کارائی کربوکسیلاسیون، میزان دی اکسید کربن درون روزنه ای و عملکرد گل معنی دار شد. بیشترین میزان سرعت فتوسنتزی، هدایت روزنه ای، سرعت تعرق، کارائی کربوکسیلاسیون، عملکرد گل (76/3 گرم در گلدان) و کمترین میزان دی اکسید کربن درون -روزنه ای در تیمار MJ2×S2 مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان کارایی مصرف آب فتوسنتزی نیز از تیمار MJ5×S2 به دست آمد. با کاهش میزان هدایت روزنه ای، کارایی مصرف آب فتوسنتزی و غلظت دی اکسید کربن درون روزنه ای افزایش پیدا کرد. در کل، به نظر می رسد مصرف مقدار پایین متیل جاسمونات (MJ2) در شرایط شوری به ویژه تنش شوری ملایم (S2)، می تواند شاخص های فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد بابونه آلمانی را بهبود بخشد.
