بررسی تأثیر تغییر اقلیم بر کشاورزی ایران: 1- پیشبینی وضعیت اگروکلیماتیک آینده
گرمایش جهانی و پیآمدهای ناشی از آن بسیاری از متغیرهای اقلیمی مؤثر در رشد و نمو گیاهان زراعی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد و پاسخ گیاهان به این امر تابع شدت و الگوی تغییرات میباشد. در این مطالعه تأثیر تغییر جهانی اقلیم بر شاخصهای اقلیمی کشاورزی ایران برای سال 2050 میلادی (1430 شمسی) براساس سناریوی استاندارد IPCC توسط دو مدل گردش عمومی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین دمای سالانه مناطق مختلف کشور تا سال هدف بین 5/3 تا 5/4 درجه سانتیگراد افزایش مییابد در حالیکه میانگین بارش سالانه بین 7 تا 14 درصد کاهش خواهد یافت. بهعلاوه این تغییرات از غرب به شرق و از شمال به جنوب کشور شدیدتر خواهد بود. افزایش دما باعث طولانیتر شدن فصل رشد به دلیل افزایش تعداد روزهای بدون یخبندان میشود. البته کاهش بارش طول فصل خشک را از حدود 20 روز در مناطق غربی تا بیش از 30 روز در جنوب کشور افزایش خواهد داد که این امر بهویژه در مناطق کشت دیم از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است. افزایش دما همچنین میزان تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه سالانه را در سال هدف بین 18 تا 30 درصد افزایش میدهد و در نتیجه تفاوت بین میزان بارش و تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه یا شاخص کمبود بارش بهطور قابل توجهی افزایش مییابد که عمدتاً به دلیل افزایش میزان تبخیر و تعرق خواهد بود. با وجودیکه پیآمدهای تغییر اقلیم بر شاخصهای اگروکلیماتیک تمامی مناطق کشور مؤثر میباشد، ولی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین اثرات منفی بهترتیب در جنوب، شرق و مرکز کشور بروز کرده و کمترین اثرات در شمال و شرق کشور ظاهر خواهد شد.

بررسی اثر تداخل علفهای هرز بر عملکرد و خصوصیات زراعی شنبلیله در تراکمهای مختلف گیاهی در شرایط بیرجند
بهمنظور تعیین تراکم کاشت و تداخل علف هرز بر خصوصیات زراعی گیاه شنبلیله، آزمایشی در بهار سال زراعی 90-1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بیرجند بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل تراکم بوته شنبلیله در سه سطح 10، 20 و 40 بوته در متر مربع و دوره تداخل علف هرز در پنج سطح شامل تمام وجین، 20، 40 و 60 روز تداخل پس از سبز شدن و عدم وجین بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه (با مقادیر 81/56 و 120/43 گرم در متر مربع) بهترتیب مربوط به تیمارهای تراکم 40 و 10 بوته در متر مربع بود. همچنین کاهش تراکم سبب کاهش معنیدار ارتفاع بوته و عملکرد دانه گردید. افزایش دورههای طولانی مدت تداخل علف هرز مانع از رشد اندامهای رویشی و تسریع در ورود به فاز زایشی گردیده در نهایت باعث افزایش شاخص برداشت و کاهش عملکرد شد بهطوریکه میانگین عملکرد دانه در تیمار عدم وجین (76/42 گرم در متر مربع)، 5/28 درصد نسبت به تیمار تمام وجین کاهش یافت. افزایش تراکم موجب کاهش وزن خشک علف هرز گردید، کمترین وزن خشک علف هرز (7/2057 گرم در متر مربع) از تیمار 40 بوته در متر مربع بهدست آمد. اثر متقابل تراکم و تداخل علف هرز بر عملکرد دانه در سطح 5 درصد معنیدار شد. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده از این آزمایش میتوان بیان کرد در بین تراکمهای مختلف، تراکم 40 بوته در متر مربع در شرایط وجین کامل بیشترین عملکرد دانه را تولید کرد.

بررسی اثر کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و اسانس دو توده بومی مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) تحت شرایط نرمال و تنش خشکی در منطقه کرمان
جهت بررسی تأثیر کودهای آلی و معدنی (N.P.K) بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی مرزه در شرایط تنش و بدون تنش خشکی، پژوهشی در قالب دو طرح کرتهای یکبار خرد شده با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1392 -1391 در مزرعه دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان اجرا شد. در هر طرح عامل اصلی کود گاوی (30 تن در هکتار)، کود مرغی (10 تن در هکتار)، کود شیمیایی (معادل عناصر غذایی پرمصرف موجود در کود گاوی و مرغی) و شاهد (بدون مصرف کود) و عامل فرعی دو توده بومی مرزه (محلی کرمان و محلی خوزستان) بود. در یکی از طرحها 100% و در طرح دیگر 50% ظرفیت زراعی آبیاری انجام شد و طرحها بهصورت مرکب آنالیز شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش خشکی باعث کاهش ارتفاع، تعداد شاخه فرعی، عملکرد اسانس، محتوی نسبی آب و شاخص کلروفیل و عملکرد گیاه شد، ولی بر درصد اسانس آن معنیدار نبود. نشت یونی در شرایط تنش افزایش یافت. اثر کودها بر تمامی صفات بهجز محتوی نسبی آب و درصد اسانس معنیدار بود و باعث افزایش ارتفاع، تعداد شاخه فرعی، عملکرد، شاخص کلروفیل و عملکرد اسانس نسبت به گیاهان شاهد شدند، همچنین نشت یونی را نسبت به شاهد کاهش دادند. دو توده از نظر ارتفاع، عملکرد دانه، تعداد شاخه فرعی و نشت یونی تفاوت معنیداری داشتند. توده کرمان عملکرد بهتری نسبت به توده خوزستان از خود نشان داد. بهطور کلی مرزه در واکنش به کودهای آلی بهویژه گاوی، به دلیل قدرت نگهداری زیادتر رطوبت در مقایسه با کودهای شیمیایی، پاسخ بهتری به شرایط تنش خشکی نشان داد و عملکرد بالاتری داشت. به نظر میرسد استفاده از کودگاوی در شرایط محدودیت رطوبت، برای غلبه بر اثرات منفی تنش خشکی مفید میباشد.

اثر مالچ و تنش رطوبتی بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک، اجزای عملکرد و عملکرد دانه لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر مالچ بر عملکرد دانه و اجزای عملکرد ارقام لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) در تیمارهای مختلف آبیاری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1391 اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل تیمار آبیاری در دو سطح (I1 و I2 بهترتیب آبیاری بعد از 60 و 120 میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A)، کاربرد مالچ در دو سطح (M1 فاقد مالچ و M2 مالچ کلش گندم به میزان دو تن در هکتار) و ارقام لوبیا قرمز شامل اختر و ناز بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر مالچ و اثر متقابل آبیاری × رقم بر تعداد گره در ریشه و اثر متقابل آبیاری × رقم بر تراکم روزنه در برگ لوبیا تأثیر معنیداری داشت. کاربرد مالچ باعث افزایش تعداد گره در ریشه و تنش رطوبتی (I2) باعث افزایش تراکم روزنه برگ شد. تنش رطوبتی باعث کاهش تعداد نیام در بوته، تعداد دانه در نیام، وزن صددانه و عملکرد دانه لوبیا گردید. کاربرد مالچ بر تمام صفات به جز تراکم روزنه اثر معنیداری داشت و باعث افزایش آنها گردید. اثر متقابل آبیاری × رقم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد معنیدار شد. اثر متقابل آبیاری × مالچ × رقم بر عملکرد دانه معنیدار شد. کاربرد مالچ در هر دو تیمار آبیاری، افزایش عملکرد دانه بیشتری را در رقم اختر نسبت به رقم ناز باعث شد. در شرایط با محدودیت آب با کاربرد مالچ میتوان آب قابل دسترس و عملکرد دانه لوبیا را افزایش داد.

بررسی اثرات کودهای زیستی حاوی باکتریهای تثبیتکننده غیرهمزیست نیتروژن و حلکننده فسفات بر روی صفات کمی و کیفی گندم (Triticum aestivum)
حفظ محیط زیست و دستیابی به توسعه فراگیر از اهداف مهم کشاورزی پایدار محسوب میشود بنابراین روشی که بتواند از مصرف بیش از حد کودهای شیمیایی بکاهد ضروری بهنظر میرسد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی تأثیر ریز جانداران محرک رشد گیاه و اثر سیستمهای تغذیه تلفیقی- شیمیایی و باکتریایی بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و درصد پروتئین دانه گندم لاین N8019 بود. آزمایش طی سال زراعی 91-1390 در مزرعه پژوهشی ایستگاه تحقیقات زراعی بایع کلا وابسته به مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی مازندران اجرا شد. این بررسی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده با 12 تیمار و در سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود شیمیایی (نیتروژن و فسفر) بهعنوان عامل اصلی در سه سطح: 1- بدون مصرف (C0) 2– برابر 50% توصیه کودی (C1) 3- معادل 100% توصیه کودی (C2) و دو نوع کود بیولوژیک هرکدام حاوی ریزجانداران حلکننده فسفات و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بهعنوان عامل فرعی در چهار سطح 1- بدون تلقیح (B0) 2- بذور تلقیح شده با باکتریهای تثبیتکننده نیتروژن (B1) 3- بذور تلقیح شده با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات (B2) 4- مصرف توأم کودهای زیستی (B3). نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس آزمایش نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای مختلف شامل مصرف 100درصد کود شیمیایی و کودهای بیولوژیک بر عملکرد و میزان پروتئین دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. اما بیشترین تأثیر بر روی اجزای یادشده در تیمار ترکیبی (100درصد کود شیمیایی+کودهای بیولوژیک) و اثرات متقابل آنها با میزان عملکرد 5506 کیلوگرم در هکتار حاصل شد که این افزایش عملکرد حاصل افزایش اجزای عملکرد نظیر تعداد سنبله در هر بوته، تعداد دانه در هر سنبله و وزن هزاردانه بود. بنابراین خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گندم در سیستم تلفیقی (کود زیستی و شیمیایی) نسبت به زمانیکه به تنهایی استفاده میشود نتیجه بهتری داشته است.

مطالعه کارآیی مصرف آب و شاخصهای تحمل به تنش محدودیت رطوبتی انتهای دوره رشد در ارقام امیدبخش گندم نان (Triticum astivum L.)
بهمنظور مطالعه کارآیی مصرف آب و شاخصهای تحمل به تنش خشکی، 10 لاین در حال نامگذاری گندم مناطق سرد در یک طرح کرتهای خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار به مدت دو سال زراعی (1389-1387) در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی طرق مشهد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. فاکتور محدودیت رطوبتی (آبیاری کامل، قطع آبیاری از مرحله شیری دانه تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم و قطع آبیاری از مرحله ظهور بساک تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم) در کرتهای اصلی و 10 لاین امیدبخش گندم در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد دانه در تیمارهای قطع آبیاری از مرحله شیری دانه تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم L2)) و قطع آبیاری از مرحله ظهور بساک تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم (L3) بهترتیب 6/18و 3/45 درصد نسبت به شرایط بهینه رطوبتی کاهش پیدا کرد. مقایسه ژنوتیپ نشان داد که ژنوتیپهای V5، V4و V10 بهترتیب با 885/1، 756/1 و 833/1 کیلوگرم در متر مکعب، بیشترین کارآیی مصرف آب را دارا بودند. نتایج نشان داد شاخص فرناندز (STI) برآورد نزدیکتری از عملکرد در شرایط تنش (**93/0 = r) و بهینه (**50/0= r) ارائه نمود. در شرایط قطع آبیاری از مرحله شیری دانه تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم L2)) براساس شاخص تحمل (STI) ژنوتیپهای V5، V4، V10، V7 و V8 و در شرایط قطع آبیاری از مرحله ظهور بساک تا انتهای رشد و نمو گندم (L3) ژنوتیپهای V5، V4 و V10 بهترتیب بالاترین شاخص تحمل به تنش رطوبتی را دارا بودند، بنابراین باتوجه به برتری ژنوتیپهای V5، V4 و V10 از نظر کارآیی مصرف آب و شاخص تحمل به تنش محدودیت رطوبتی میتوان آنها را برای شرایط مشابه این بررسی توصیه نمود.

اثر محلولپاشی کیتوزان بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی کمای بینالودی (Ferula flabelliloba) تحت تنش خشکی
یکی از روشهای سازگار با محیط زیست برای کاهش خسارت ناشی از تنش خشکی در گیاهان محلولپاشی با ترکیبات کیتوزانی است. به منظور بررسی اثر تنش خشکی و محلولپاشی کیتوزان بر صفات فیزیولوژیکی کمای بینالودی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار و در شرایط آزمایشگاه اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تنش خشکی (آبیاری در حد ظرفیت زراعی، تخلیه 35 و 65 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی) و محلولپاشی کیتوزان (صفر، 2/0، 4/0، 6/0 و 8/0 گرم در لیتر) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تخلیه رطوبت بستر تا 65 درصد حد ظرفیت زراعی باعث کاهش وزن خشک اندام هوایی شد ولی مقدار فنل کل و فعالیت آنزیمهای سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید را افزایش داد. بالاترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی در گیاهان محلولپاشی شده با 4/0 میلیگرم در لیتر کیتوزان بهدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و بیشترین مقدار فنل کل در گیاهان آبیاری شده پس از تخلیه 65 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی و محلولپاشی شده با غلظتهای 6/0 و 8/0 میلیگرم در لیتر کیتوزان اندازهگیری شد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که محلولپاشی کیتوزان در شرایط بروز تنش خشکی قادر است با تحریک سیستم دفاع آنتیاکسیدانی گیاه از شدت بروز خسارت در گیاه کمای بینالودی بکاهد.

تأثیر نانواکسید روی و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای افزاینده رشد بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و پر شدن دانه سویا(Glycine max L.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر نانواکسید روی و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای افزاینده رشد بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و دوره پر شدن دانه سویا، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اردبیل در سال 1392 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل محلولپاشی با نانواکسید روی در چهار سطح (صفر، 3/0، 6/0 و 9/0 گرم بر لیتر) و پنج سطح تلقیح (عدم تلقیح بذر بهعنوان شاهد، تلقیح بذر با برادی رایزوبیوم جاپونیکوم، تلقیح توأم بذر با برادی رایزوبیوم و آزوسپریلیوم لیپوفروم استرین OF، تلقیح توأم بذر با برادی رایزوبیوم و سودوموناس پوتیدا استرین 9، تلقیح بذر با رایزوبیوم+ سودوموناس+ آزوسپریلیوم) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مصرف نانواکسید روی، وزن خشک گره، تعداد دانه در نیام و تعداد نیام در بوته افزایش یافت. بالاترین وزن خشک گره (05/9 میلیگرم)، تعداد نیام در بوته (23/23) و دانه در نیام (08/3) در محلولپاشی 9/0 گرم در لیتر نانواکسید روی بهدست آمد. بالاترین ارتفاع بوته (65/79 سانتیمتر)، تعداد گره در بوته (55/16)، عملکرد دانه (1875 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، طول دوره پر شدن دانه (76/66 روز)، دوره مؤثر پر شدن دانه (65/54 روز) و سرعت پرشدن دانه (00476/0 گرم در روز) در محلولپاشی با نانواکسید روی به میزان 9/0 گرم در لیتر و تلقیح توأم بذر با باکتریهای محرک رشد و رایزوبیومی بهدست آمد.

ارزیابی تحمل به یخزدگی اکوتیپهای بارهنگ سرنیزهای (Plantago lanceolata L.) در شرایط کنترلشده
بهمنظور بررسی تحمل به یخزدگی بارهنگ سرنیزهای، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. پنج اکوتیپ بارهنگ (بجنورد، کلات، مشهد، قاین و بیرجند) پس از سه ماه رشد و خوسرمایی در شرایط طبیعی در معرض هشت دمای یخزدگی (صفر، 3-، 6-، 9-، 12-، 15-، 18- و 21- درجه سانتیگراد) قرار گرفتند. سپس گیاهان برای بازیافت به محیط گلخانه منتقل شدند. یک ماه بعد، بقاء و برخی از خصوصیات رشدی گیاهان با اندازهگیری صفاتی چون درصد بقاء، دمای پنجاه درصد کشندگی براساس درصد بقاء (LT50su)، تعداد برگ، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ و دمای کاهنده 50 درصد وزن خشک (RDMT50) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که درصد بقای اکوتیپ مشهد بیشتر از چهار اکوتیپ دیگر و LT50su آن نیز 3/5 درجه سانتیگراد از اکوتیپ بیرجند کمتر بود. اثر متقابل اکوتیپ و دما بر درصد بقاء معنیدار بود و تنها اکوتیپهای مشهد و بجنورد در دمای 15- درجه سانتیگراد بقاء داشتند. با کاهش دما به کمتر از 12- درجه سانتیگراد، تعداد و سطح برگ گیاهان کاهش یافت. همچنین کاهش دما به کمتر از 6- درجه سانتیگراد وزن خشک گیاهان را بهطور معنیداری کاهش داد. براساس شاخص RDMT50 اکوتیپ بجنورد متحملترین و اکوتیپ بیرجند حساسترین اکوتیپ بودند. بین درصد بقاء، دمای پنجاه درصد کشندگی براساس درصد بقاء و RDMT50 همبستگی منفی و معنیداری (بهترتیب***97/0- =r و *53/0- =r) وجود داشت.

واکنش شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی رشد و عملکرد خشک سوخ به پیش تیمار و اندازه بذر ژنوتیپهای پیاز (Allium cepa L.)
برای بررسی اثر پرایمینگ و اندازه بذر بر روند رشد و عملکرد سوخ ارقام پیاز در شرایط مزرعه، این پژوهش در سال زراعی 1391-1390 بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان آذربایجان شرقی اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل پرایمینگ در چهار سطح: هیدرو پرایمینگ با آب مقطر، اسمو پرایمینگ بانیترات پتاسیم، پرایمینگ با استفاده از محلول فولامین دو درصد و شاهد (پرایمینگ نشده)، اندازه بذر در سه سطح: ریز، متوسط و درشت و ارقام در دو سطح: قرمز آذرشهر و زرقان بود. نتایج آزمایش مزرعهای نشان داد که پرایمینگ بذر موجب بهبود تجمع ماده خشک، سرعت رشد گیاه زراعی، سرعت جذب خالص، سرعت رشد سوخ، سرعت رشد نسبی و شاخص سطح برگ شد. از نظر عملکردهای تر، خشک و درصد ماده خشک سوخ نیز اختلاف بین تیمارها معنیدار بود و بالاترین عملکردهای تر خشک و درصد ماده خشک به پرایمینگ با فولامین تعلق داشت. براساس نتایج آنالیز رشد بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر شاخصهای رشد بهترتیب در بذور درشت و ریز مشاهده شد. همچنین مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که بذور درشت از نظر عملکردهای تر، خشک و درصد ماده خشک سوخ نسبت به بذور متوسط و ریز از وضعیت بهتری برخوردار بودند. اثر سودمند پرایمینگ و بذور درشت بر شاخصهای رشد و عملکرد سوخ به سبز شدن و استقرار سریع گیاهچهها و در نهایت استفاده بهتر از نور، رطوبت خاک و عناصر غذایی بهوسیله گیاهان حاصل از بذور درشت و بذرهای پرایمینگ شده نسبت داده شد.

برآورد محصول ذرت (Zea mays L.) و نیتروژن خاک از طریق اندازهگیری هدایت الکتریکی خاک تحت تأثیر کودهای آلی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیک
برآورد میزان عملکرد محصول و تخمین میزان نیتروژن خاک در طول فصل رشد، ازجمله عواملی است که میتواند به مدیریت مزرعه کمک نماید. بهمنظور بررسی امکان برآورد عملکرد دانه ذرت از طریق اندازهگیری خصوصیات خاک و میزان نیتروژن خاک به روش ساده، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در طی سال زراعی 89-1388 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل 1- کود دامی (30 تن در هکتار)، 2- ورمیکمپوست (10 تن در هکتار)، 3- کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین، 4-کود اوره (400 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و 5- شاهد (عدم مصرف کود) بود. نتایج نشان داد که خاکهای تحت تیمار ورمیکمپوست و کود دامی با اختلاف معنیداری نسبت به سایر تیمارها، درصد نیتروژن بالاتری داشتند. در طول فصل رشد، تنفس میکروبی در خاکهای تحت تیمار کود بیولوژیک و سپس کود آلی دارای بیشترین مقدار بود. روند تغییرات نیتروژن و هدایت الکتریکی خاک عکس یکدیگر بودند و بررسی نتایج همبستگی خصوصیات خاک نشان داد که میتوان از طریق اندازهگیری هدایت الکتریکی خاک بهوسیله یک ECمتر ساده، میزان نیتروژن خاک را در این منطقه تخمین زد. روند تغییرات pH و درصد نیتروژن خاک تا حد زیادی مشابه هم بودند و بین آنها همبستگی معنیداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین هدایت الکتریکی خاک و عملکرد دانه (**72/0-r=) و بین pH خاک و عملکرد دانه (**74/0-r= ) همبستگی منفی و معنیدار وجود داشت. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با اندازهگیری هدایت الکتریکی خاک در این منطقه، می توان عملکرد دانه ذرت را برآورد کرد.

اثر زمان مصرف نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ارقام جدید گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) در شرایط آب و هوایی خرمآباد
به منظور بررسی اثر زمان مصرف نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ارقام جدید گندم(Triticum aestivum & T. durum) در شرایط آب و هوایی خرمآباد، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی خرمآباد طی سال زراعی 92-1391 انجام شد. عامل اول در شش سطح: N0: عدم تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین و بدون محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی (شاهد)، N1: تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین، N2: محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ساقه رفتن، N3: محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ظهور سنبله، N4: تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ساقه رفتن، N5: تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ظهور سنبله و عامل بعدی در دو سطح، شامل: V1: رقم پارسی و V2: رقم دنا بود. در این بررسی عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح، تعداد دانه در سنبله و تعداد سنبلچه در سنبله گندم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد که اثر محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی و کود زیستی نیتروکسین بر عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح، تعداد دانه در سنبله و تعداد سنبلچه در سنبله گندم تأثیر معنیداری داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به کاربرد توأم تیمار تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ظهور سنبله بود. با توجه به افزایش قابل توجه عملکرد دانه، کاربرد توأم تیمار تلقیح بذر با کود زیستی نیتروکسین و محلولپاشی عناصر ریز مغذی در مرحله ظهور سنبله در شرایط خرمآباد توصیه میشود.

اثر پرایمینگ بذر بر رشد رویشی و برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی گیاه کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) در شرایط شوری حاصل از نمکهای قلیایی
بهمنظور ارزیابی اثر پرایمینگ بذر و تنش شوری حاصل از نمکهای قلیایی بر گیاه کنجد آزمایشی گلدانی در دانشگاه ولیعصر (عج) رفسنجان بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل پرایمینگ ]شاهد (بدون پرایمینگ)، هیدروپرایمینگ، هالوپرایمینگ با نمکهای کلرید سدیم و بیکربنات سدیم) [و سطوح مختلف تنش شوری ناشی از نمک بیکربنات سدیم (صفر، 15، 30 و 45 میلیمولار) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش شوری موجب کاهش طول ساقه و ریشه، وزن خشک اندام هوایی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، محتوی کلروفیل برگ و پتانسیل عملکرد کوانتوم (Fv/Fm) گردید. با افزایش تنش شوری، تیمارهای مختلف پرایمینگ سبب افزایش طول ریشه، وزن خشک اندام هوایی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، کلروفیل b و میزان Fv/Fm نسبت به تیمار بدون پرایم شدند و بیشترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، کلروفیل b و میزان Fv/Fm در تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ مشاهده شد. همچنین تنش شوری، میزان پتاسیم و نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم گیاه را کاهش داد درحالیکه میزان سدیم، میزان کلسیم و منیزیم اندام هوایی افزایش یافت. هیدروپرایمینگ سبب افزایش میزان پتاسیم و نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم شد. همچنین کلیه تیمارهای پرایمینگ در سطوح شوری 15 و 30 میلیمولار سبب افزایش میزان منیزیم نسبت به تیمار بدون پرایم شدند. بنابراین پرایمینگ بذر بهویژه هیدروپرایمینگ میتواند یک روش مناسب برای بهبود رشد گیاه کنجد در شرایط شوری حاصل از نمکهای قلیایی باشد.

بهینهسازی کاربرد کودهای نیتروژن، فسفر و دامی در زراعت گندم پاییزه (Triticum aestivum L.) با استفاده از روش سطح-پاسخ (RSM)
نیاز روزافزون به تولید گندم بهعنوان اصلیترین منبع تأمین انرژی جوامع انسانی، استفادهی گسترده از کودهای شیمیایی را بهویژه در کشورهای در حالتوسعه بهدنبال داشته است. اولین گام در جهت کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و پیشگیری از پیآمدهای منفی زیستمحیطی حاصل، بهینهسازی مصرف و افزایش کارایی این نهادهها است. در این راستا و بهمنظور برآورد مقادیر بهینه مصرف کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر و کود دامی در زراعت گندم، با استفاده از روش سطح- پاسخ، آزمایشی در قالب باکس- بنکن طراحی و طی دو سال زراعی 91-1390 و 92-1391 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی با توجه به سطوح بالا و پایین کود نیتروژن (صفر و 300 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار)، کود فسفره (صفر و 200 کیلوگرم P2O5 در هکتار) و کود گاوی (صفر و 30 تن در هکتار) طراحی شدند، بهطوریکه نقطه مرکزی در هر تیمار سه مرتبه تکرار شد و کلاً 15 ترکیب تیماری بهدست آمد. عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد پنجهی بارور، محتوای نسبی رطوبت، تلفات نیتروژن و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن بهعنوان متغیرهای وابسته مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفتند. سپس با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی گامبهگام و برازش تابع درجهدو کامل به دادهها، سطوح پاسخ متغیرهای وابسته تحت تأثیر تیمارها محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مصرف نیتروژن و فسفر تا سطح 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار، عملکرد دانه افزایش یافت. تعداد پنجه بارور در بوته در سطح 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن، با افزایش مصرف فسفر از صفر تا 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار، بهصورت تقریباً خطی افزایش یافت. محتوای نسبی رطوبت با افزایش سطح مصرف کود دامی افزایش یافت. تلفات نیتروژن به موازات افزایش سطوح مصرف نیتروژن و کود دامی، بهصورت خطی افزایش یافت. روند افزایش کارآیی مصرف نیتروژن، به موازات افزایش کاربرد نیتروژن و فسفر بهصورت تابع درجه دو کاهشی بود. مقادیر بهینهشدهی کودهای نیتروژن، فسفر و دامی براساس سه سناریوی اقتصادی، زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی- زیستمحیطی برآورد شد. در سناریوی اقتصادی، مصرف 145 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن خالص، 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار فسفر و 18 تن در هکتار کود دامی، منجر به تولید 6500 کیلوگرم در هکتار عملکرد دانه و کارآیی مصرف نیتروژن برابر با 49/10 کیلوگرم دانه بر کیلوگرم نیتروژن مصرفی شد. در سناریوی زیستمحیطی، با مصرف 21 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن، بدون کاربرد فسفر، با مصرف 16 تن در هکتار کود دامی، عملکرد دانهای برابر با 3160 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کارآیی مصرف نیتروژن برابر با 08/9 کیلوگرم دانه بر کیلوگرم نیتروژن مصرفی حاصل شد. در سناریوی اقتصادی- زیستمحیطی، کاربرد 145 و 34 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهترتیب نیتروژن و فسفر و 30 تن در هکتار کود دامی، عملکرد دانهای برابر با 4031 کیلوگرم در هکتار داشت و افزایشی 36 درصدی در کارآیی مصرف نیتروژن نسبت به سناریوی اقتصادی (50/16 در برابر 49/10) را بهدنبال داشت. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده، بهنظر میرسد که برای تولید گندم پاییزه، سناریوی اقتصادی-زیستمحیطی نسبت به دو سناریوی دیگر اولویت داشته باشد، هرچند، منافع و مضار هر سناریو در برابر سناریوهای دیگر، باید در عمل و تحت شرایط واقعی سنجیده و نسبت به کاربرد آن تصمیمگیری شود.

بررسی تأثیر همزیستی با میکوریزا، ورمیکمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر عملکرد اسانس و کلونیزاسیون ریشه گیاه دارویی رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare Mill)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر قارچ میکوریزا، کاربرد ورمیکمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر درصد کلونیزاسیون و عملکرد کمی و کیفی گیاه دارویی رازیانه، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه اجرا شد. ورمیکمپوست در سه سطح شامل: v1 (عدم مصرف)، v2 (چهار تن در هکتار) و v3 (هشت تن در هکتار)، قارچ میکوریزا در دو سطح m1 (عدم تلقیح) و m2 (تلقیح قارچ) و اسیدهیومیک نیز در دو سطح h1 (عدم مصرف) و h2 (مصرف اسید هیومیک) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر اصلی هر سه عامل یعنی ورمیکمپوست، میکوریزا و اسید هیومیک بر عملکرد دانه، عملکرد اسانس و درصد اسانس دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار گردید. نتایج حاصل از جدول تجزیه واریانس بیانگر آن بود که اثرات متقابل ورمیکمپوست و میکوریزا بر عملکرد دانه و درصد اسانس دانه معنیدار بود. بهطوریکه مصرف 8 تن در هکتار و میکوریزا سبب شد تا عملکرد دانه 45 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش یابد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اثرات سه جانبه تنها بر روی عملکرد اسانس و درصد اسانس رازیانه تأثیر معنیداری داشت. در این بررسی بیشترین مقدار آنتول از ترکیب تیماری کاربرد هشت تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست همراه با اسید هیومیک و تلقیح میکوریزا بهدست آمد. همچنین با افزایش در مقدار انتول مقادیر استراگول، فنکون و لیمونن در اسانس دانه کاهش یافت.

تأثیر متانول بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی گیاه لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) تحت تنش خشکی
نتایج بررسیها مؤید این است که محلولپاشی متانول نقش مؤثری در تحمل به خشکی گیاهان سه کربنه دارد. در این راستا بهمنظور بررسی اثر محلولپاشی متانول بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی لوبیا (رقم صدری) در شرایط تنش خشکی آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل (با دو عامل) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. عامل اول شامل تیمارهای مختلف محلولپاشی متانول با چهار سطح (شاهد یا بدون محلولپاشی، 10، 20 و 30 درصد حجمی) بود که محلولپاشی سه بار طی فصل رشد گیاه و با فواصل 10 روز صورت گرفت. عامل دوم تیمار تنش خشکی بود که شامل تنش خشکی شدید (25 درصد ظرفیت زراعی)، تنش خشکی ملایم (50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و بدون تنش خشکی (100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) بود. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که در شرایط بدون تنش خشکی، محلولپاشی 30 درصد حجمی منجر به افزایش معنیداری از نظر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه جانبی، تعداد غلاف، وزن خشک ریشه و قطر ریشه نسبت به سطح شاهد شد. در شرایط تنش ملایم و شدید، سطوح متانول نتوانست اثرات منفی ناشی از تنش خشکی را کاهش دهد. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که در شرایط تنش خشکی محلولپاشی متانول بر گیاه لوبیا مؤثر نیست.
