ارزیابی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک ارقام پنبه تحت تنش کمبود آب در مرحله گیاهچهای
شناسایی و استفاده از ارقام متحمل به تنش خشکی یکی از راهکارهای بهبود تولید پنبه در سیستمهای زراعی تحت تنش میباشد. بدینمنظور تعداد 22 رقم پنبه با استفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تحت دو شرایط بدون تنش و تنش کمبود آب (1-مگاپاسکال) رشد یافتند. رطوبت گلدانهای حاوی ارقام پنبه تا مرحله دو برگ حقیقی در حد ظرفیت زراعی نگهداری و پس از آن با استفاده از روش وزنی تا پایان آزمایش پتانسیل آّب در حد 1-مگاپاسکال حفظ شدند. تنش خشکی سبب کاهش معنیدار اما متفاوت وزن خشک اندامهای هوایی و ریشه گیاهچه در ارقام حساس و متحمل شد. نتایج ضرایب همبستگی نشانداد، صفات وزن خشک برگ و ریشه بالاترین و وزن خشک ساقه و ارتفاع کمترین همبستگی را با وزن خشک بوته، تحت تنش کمبود آب داشتند. در شرایط تنش میزان تلفات برگ در ارقام متحمل کمتر از ارقام حساس بود. تنش خشکی تأثیر کمتری بر افزیش دمای برگ ارقام متحمل داشت. ارقام ورامین، 43347، خرداد، دلتاپاین 25، 43200 وB-433 با کمترین کاهش در میزان تعداد و سطح برگ، و نیز وزن خشک برگ، ریشه و ساقه و وزن خشک بوته و نیز محتوای نسبی آب برگ و هدایت روزنهای بهعنوان ارقام متحمل و ارقام 43259، نازیلی84، کوکر349، نارابرای، شیرپان539 و Asj2*349 با بیشترین کاهش در مقادیر صفات مذکور بهعنوان ارقام حساس به تنش خشکی در مرحله گیاهچهای شناخته شدند.

تنوع ژنتیکی ژنوتیپهای یولاف از نظر مقادیر آهن و روی در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تنش رطوبتی آخر فصل
با توجه به آهکیبودن خاکهای استان کرمانشاه و همچنین اهمیت نقش آهن و روی در جوامع انسانی و تلاش برای یافتن راهحلهای مناسب جهت رفع مشکل، آزمایشی با هدف بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی بهترتیبی یولاف از نظر مقادیر آهن و روی و نیز صفات زراعی در دو شرایط آبیاری کامل و تنش رطوبتی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی به تعداد 33ژنوتیپ در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه به اجرا در آمد. در این تحقیق دامنه تغییرات آهن دانه در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تنش رطوبتی بهترتیب از 59/63 (Wandering) 26/159(ND873364) و 94/57 (Preston)تا 28/114(Mortlock) و دامنه تغییرات روی دانه در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تنش رطوبتی بهترتیب از 07/30(Wallaroo) تا 71/52 (IA91098-2) و 81/27 (Wallaroo) تا 98/54(Mortlock) میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بود. نتایج نشانداد که ژنوتیپها از نظر مقادیر آهن و روی برداشت شده توسط دانه در هکتار در شرایط تنش رطوبتی، تفاوت معنیداری نشاندادند. رقم Quoll بهدلیل عملکرد بالا، در شرایط تنش رطوبتی بیشترین مقدار آهن و روی در هکتار داشت. مقایسه بین صفات در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تنش رطوبتی نشانداد که اغلب صفات اندازهگیری شده در شرایط تنش رطوبتی نسبت به شرایط آبیاری کامل کاهش یافتند، اما این کاهش برای غلظت آهن و روی دانه قابلتوجه نبود.

همبستگی بین صفات و تجزیه علیت عملکرد دانه گلرنگ بهاره در شرایط تنش رطوبتی
بهمنظور تعیین همبستگی میان برخی صفتها و اجزاء عملکرد در گلرنگ و نیز روابط علت و معلولی بین آنها در شرایط مختلف رطوبتی، پژوهشی در سال 1391 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه بوعلیسینا انجام گرفت. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اصلی شامل سه سطح رطوبتی: آبیاری نرمال (بدون تنش)، قطع کامل آبیاری از مرحله 50درصد گلدهی تا رسیدگی کامل (تنش گلدهی) وقطع کامل آبیاری از مرحله شروع دانهبندی تا رسیدگی کامل (تنش دانهبندی) بوده، شش رقم گلرنگ شاملPI ، محلی عجبشیر، Mec11، فرامان، محلی زرقان6 و سینا در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون صفتهای مؤثر بر عملکرد دانه نشانداد که شاخص برداشت و عملکرد بیولوژیک، در سه شرایط رطوبتی وارد مدل رگرسیونی شدند، بهطوریکه در شرایط عدم تنش تعداد طبق در بوته و وزن 1000دانه قبل از شاخص برداشت و عملکرد بیولوژیک و در شرایط تنش گلدهی وزن 1000دانه پیش از دو صفت شاخص برداشت و عملکرد بیولوژیک وارد مدل رگرسیونی شدند. همچنین نتایج نشانداد که در شرایط عدم تنش عملکرد بیولوژیک (99/0) و شاخص برداشت (90/0)، در شرایط تنش گلدهی، وزن 1000دانه (82/1) و در شرایط تنش دانهبندی نیز شاخص برداشت (60/1) بیشترین اثرمستقیم را بر عملکرد دانه داشتهاند.

اثر تاریخ کاشت و گوگرد بر عملکرد، درصد روغن و نیتروژن دانه گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) در کشت پاییزه
بهمنظور مطالعه واکنش عملکرد و کیفیت گلرنگ به مصرف گوگرد در تاریخهای مختلف کاشت، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان در سال زراعی 93-1392 اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل تاریخ کاشت در چهار سطح (9آذر، 30آذر، 2بهمن و 12بهمن) بهعنوان عامل اصلی و کود گوگرد بهعنوان عامل فرعی در چهار سطح (صفر، 200، 400 و 600کیلوگرم در هکتار) از منبع گوگرد آلی گرانوله بودند. نتایج نشانداد که تأخیر در کاشت با کاهش تعداد دانه در کلاپرک و تعداد کلاپرک در بوته سبب کاهش عملکرد دانه شد. در تاریخ کاشت دیرهنگام 12بهمن نیتروژن دانه بهمیزان 17درصد افزایش، ولی درصد روغن کاهش نشانداد. بالاترین درصد روغن بهمیزان 25درصد از تاریخ 30آذر و مصرف 200کیلوگرم در هکتار گوگرد بهدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه بهمیزان 3590کیلوگرم در هکتار از تاریخ کاشت 30آذر حاصل شد. در کشت تأخیری 12بهمن عملکرد دانه بهمیزان 50/43درصد کاهش یافت. اما مصرف گوگرد بهمیزان 200کیلوگرم در هکتار در تاریخ کاشت 12بهمن عملکرد دانه را نسبت به شاهد 35درصد افزایش داد. همچنین بهعلت بالابودن عملکرد دانه در تاریخ کاشت 30آذر، بیشترین عملکرد روغن هم از این تاریخ کاشت بهدست آمد.

کاهش اثرات تنش شوری از طریق کاربرد خارجی سالیسیلیکاسید بر نیشکر (Saccharum officinarum L.)
در این تحقیق اثر سالیسیلیکاسید ( (SAبر رشد و برخی پاسخهای فیزیولوژیک گیاه نیشکر (Saccharum officinarum L.) تحت تنش شوری آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار تحت شرایط گلخآنهای در موسسه تحقیقات و آموزش توسعه نیشکر خوزستان، ایران، طی سال. زراعی 92-1391 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سه سطح شوری آب آبیاری (dSm-1 1>ECW، dSm-13ECW = ، dSm-16ECW =)، و چهار غلظت SA (صفر، 5/0، یک و 5/1میلیمولار) بودند. نتایج این تحقیق نشانداد که تیمار محلولپاشی با سالیسیلیکاسید با غلظت یک میلیمولار بهترتیب موجب افزایش 61/10، 05/5 ،24/8 و 98/46 درصدی وزن خشک کل، درصد محتوای نسبی آب برگ، محتوای کلروفیل و نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم ریشه در مقایسه با عدم کاربرد سالیسیلیکاسید (شاهد) شد. نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم ریشه همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری با وزن خشک کل (**85/0r =)، محتوای نسبی آب برگ (**67/0r =)، همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با سدیم ریشه (**87/0-r =)، کلر ریشه(**85/0-r =)، داشت. سالیسیلیکاسید در غلظت 5/1 میلیمولار نسبت به تیمار 5/0 و یک میلیمولار تأثیر مثبت کمتری در شرایط تنش شوری داشت. نتایج بیانگر آن است که کاربرد سالیسیلیکاسید با غلظت یکمیلیمولار در لیتر در کاهش عوارض تنش شوری مؤثر بوده و در شرایط آب و خاک مشابه کاربرد آن در نیشکر بهصورت محلولپاشی توصیه میگردد.

تأثیر تنش قلیائیت بر روی برخی از ویژگیهای مورفوفیزیولوژیکی دو رقم گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر تنش قلیائیت بر رشد رویشی و برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک گیاه گلرنگ آزمایشی در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه ولیعصر (عج) رفسنجان بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل تنش قلیائیت در هفت سطح (0، 10، 20، 30، 40، 50 و 60میلیمولار) و دو رقم گلرنگ (صفه و 411) بودند. نتایج نشانداد که تنش قلیائیت موجب کاهش طول ساقه و ریشه، وزن خشک اندام هوایی و وزن خشک ریشه گردید در حالیکه میزان پرولین، قندهای محلول و مالوندیآلدئید را افزایش داد. همچنین با افزایش تنش قلیائیت پتانسیل عملکرد کوانتوم (Fv/Fm)، کارایی شاخص فتوسنتز (PI)، میزان کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و پتاسیم کاهش پیدا کرد در حالیکه میزان کاروتنوئید، سدیم و نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم افزایش یافت. رقم 411 از نظر خصوصیات رویشی، میزان کلروفیل a و کل بر رقم صفه برتری نشانداد. همچنین هر دو رقم عکس العمل یکسانی به تنش قلیائیت نشاندادند.

اثر تنش شوری بر صفات فیزیولوژیک و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) رقم آزاد
شوری یکی از مهمترین تنشهای غیرزندهای است که باعث کاهش قابلیت تولید محصول و کاهش بهرهوری گیاه در خاکهای مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک میشود. در گیاهان زراعی، شوری ضمن تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد، بسیاری فرآیندهای دخیل در رشدونمو گیاهان را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. این تحقیق با هدف مطالعه صفات فیزیولوژیک، فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت و عملکرد نخود رقم آزاد تحت تأثیر سطوح مختلف شوری، در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند در سال 1392 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای شوری خاک شامل 1، 3، 5، 7 و 9دسیزیمنس بر متر بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادههای این آزمایش نشانداد که سطوح مختلف شوری اثر معنیداری بر کلیه صفات اندازهگیری شده داشت. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش شوری باعث افزایش اندکی در شاخص SPAD نخود شده و اثر منفی بر محتوای نسبی آب برگ، نشت الکترولیتها و عملکرد دانه داشت. بهطوریکه بیشترین سطح شوری این آزمایش موجب کاهش 7/17درصدی RWC، افزایش 75/27درصدی نشت الکترولیتها و کاهش 83/59درصدی عملکرد دانه در بوته نسبت به شاهد شد. همچنین شوری باعث افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت نخود شد. نتایج نشانداد افزایش شوری از یک به هفتدسیزیمنس بر متر موجب افزایش 79/63درصدی فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز (CAT) شد و در شوری 9دسیزیمنس بر متر فعالیت کاتالاز کاهش یافت. فعالیت آنزیم سوپراُکسیددیسموتاز (SOD) تا شوری پنج دسیزیمنس بر متر به مقدار 22/57درصد افزایش یافت، در شوری هفت دسیزیمنس بر متر بدون تغییر ماند. در شوری 9دسیزیمنس بر متر کاهش یافت. همچنین بیشترین سطح شوری باعث افزایش 95/75درصدی فعالیت آنزیم آسکورباتپِراُکسیداز (APX) نسبت به شاهد شد. بیشترین اثرات کاهنده شوری بر صفات اندازهگیری شده نخود در این آزمایش در محدوده شوری dSm-17 مشاهده شد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی نیتروژن بر عملکرد کلزا (Brassica napus L.) و شاخصهای کارایی جذب و مصرف نیتروژن در تاریخهای مختلف کاشت
بهمنظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت و محلولپاشی نیتروژن برعملکرد و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در کلزا، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در سال زراعی 93- 1392 در مزرعهی تحقیقاتی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تاریخ کاشت (6آذر، 26آذر و 9دی) بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی و محلولپاشی نیتروژن از منبع اوره با غلظت پنجدرصد در سه زمان روزت، غنچهدهی و گلدهی بههمراه یک تیمار شاهد (بدون محلولپاشی) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج بهدست آمده نشانداد که تأخیر در کاشت موجب کاهش صفات موردبررسی بهجز درصد نیتروژن دانه و کل بوته گردید. بالاترین میزان عملکرد دانه (6/3406کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد روغن (1481کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد بیولوژیک (17297کیلوگرم در هکتار)، کارایی زراعی استفاده از نیتروژن (29/13کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم)، میزان جذب نیتروژن (80/223کیلوگرم در هکتار)، کارایی مصرف نیتروژن (88/14کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم)، میزان روغن دانه (06/44درصد) و شاخص برداشت نیتروژن (9/51درصد) از تاریخ کاشت اول بهدست آمد. افزون بر این، محلولپاشی در زمان غنچهدهی و گلدهی میزان جذب نیتروژن، شاخص برداشت نیتروژن، کارایی زراعی استفاده از نیتروژن، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و عملکرد روغن را بهطور معنیداری افزایش دادند. در مجموع میتوان بیان کرد که تاریخ کاشت اویل آذرماه و محلولپاشی در مراحل غنچهدهی و گلدهی کلزا تیمار برتر در آزمایش حاضر بودند.

اثرات خاکورزی و مدیریت فسفر بر لایهبندی فسفر در سیستم تولید ذرت دانهای
فسفر از عناصر ضروری در تغذیه گیاهان زراعی است که در صورت عرضه بیش از حد میتواند محدودکننده رشد یا آلودهکننده محیط زیست باشد. از طرف دیگر عملیات خاکورزی تأثیر مستقیمی بر رفتار و قابلیت جذب فسفر خاک دارد. بر این اساس طی آزمایشی تأثیر مدیریت خاکورزی و کود فسفره بر غلظت فسفر قابلاستفاده در اعماق مختلف خاک و عملکرد ذرت دانهای موردبررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش بهصورت اسپلیتفاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. روشهای خاکورزی بهعنوان کرت اصلی در دو سطح مرسوم و کمخاکورزی و مدیریت کود فسفره بهعنوان کرتهای فرعی شامل دو عامل مقادیر مختلف کود فسفره در سه سطح: 75، 100 و 125درصد توصیه کودی و روشهای کوددهی در سه سطح: پخش سطحی، جایگذاری عمقی و نواری بهصورت فاکتوریل بود. نتایج آزمایش نشانداد، تهیه بستر با روش کمخاکورزی موجب بیشترین مقدار غلظت فسفر در عمق (صفر-15) خاک گردید و عملیات خاکورزی به روش مرسوم با استفاده از گاوآهنبرگرداندار, از نظر مقدار غلظت فسفر با 2/7درصد کاهش در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت. کمترین مقدار غلظت فسفر در عمق (صفر-15) سانتیمتری خاک، مربوط به کاربرد کود فسفره براساس 75درصد توصیه کودی و بیشترین میزان غلظت فسفر در شرایطی حاصل شد که مقدار کود فسفره موردنیاز براساس 125درصد توصیه کودی مصرف گردید. تأثیر روشهای مختلف خاکورزی بر عملکرد ذرت دانهای غیرمعنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد از روش کمخاکورزی بهدست آمد و تیمار خاکورزی مرسوم بدون داشتن اختلاف معنیداری در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت. میزان عملکرد ذرت دانهای در واکنش به روشهای مدیریت کود فسفر اختلاف معنیداری را نشانداد. کمترین مقدار عملکرد مربوط به کاربرد کود فسفره براساس 125درصد توصیه کودی بهدست آمد. استفاده از دستگاه کودکار بذرکار (روش نواری) موجب تولید بیشترین مقدار عملکرد گردید و کاربرد کود به روش عمقی در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت.

تأثیر سیلیکون روی برخی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و عملکرد سورگوم دانهای (Sorghum bicolor L.) تحت تنش شوری
امروزه شوری خاک از جمله مهمترین تنشهای غیرزیستی است، که بهعنوان یک مشکل عمده در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک مطرح میباشد. از اینرو بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سیلیکون در جهت افزایش تحمل به شوری سورگوم دانهای، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو شرایط تنش شوری و نرمال در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهیدباهنر کرمان در سال زراعی 93-1392 بهاجرا درآمد. عامل اصلی شامل سیلیسیم در دو سطح (صفر و شش میلیمولار) و عامل فرعی شامل ژنوتیپها (ارقام سپیده، پیام و لاینهای TN-04-95، TN-4-70، TN-04-71، TN-04-39، TN-04-107، TN-04-100، TN-04-37، TN-04-68، TN-04-83، TN-04-62) بود. نتایج تجزیه مرکب نشانداد که سیلیسیم بهطور معنیدار عملکرد دانه، وزن 1000دانه و نفوذپذیری غشاء پلاسمایی را تحت شرایط تنش شوری بهبود بخشید. بیشترین میزان عملکرد در شرایط تنش شوری از ارقام سپیده و پیام حاصل شد. نتایج نشانداد که ژنوتیپهای پیام و TN-04-39 بهترتیب مقاومترین و حساسترین ژنوتیپها بودند. بهطور کلی، میتوان گفت که سیلیسیم تا حدی قادر است اثرات منفی شوری بر عملکرد سورگوم دانهای و اجزای آن را در هر دو شرایط تنش و غیر تنش کاهش دهد.

اثر مقدار و نحوه کاربرد پتاسیم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد پنبه در شرایط شور
پتاسیم نقش اساسی در کاهش اثرات تنش شوری در گیاهان زراعی دارد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر مقدار و روش مصرف پتاسیم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد پنبه در شرایط شوری آب و خاک، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیتپلات در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی سبزوار )حارثآباد( در سال 1393 انجام شد. مقدار 75 و 150کیلوگرم در هکتار پتاسیم (از منبع کودی سولوپتاس) بهعنوان عامل اصلی و نحوه مصرف در پنج سطح: 25درصد کاشت+25درصد اولین گلدهی+50درصد غوزهبندی، 25درصد کاشت+50درصد اولین گلدهی +25درصد غوزهبندی، 25درصد کاشت +25درصد رویشی (مرحله پنج-هشت برگی) +25درصد اولین گلدهی +25درصد غوزهبندی، 25درصد کاشت +25درصد رویشی +50درصد گلدهی و 25درصد کاشت +50درصد رویشی +25درصد غوزهبندی بهعنوان عامل فرعی بودند. نتایج نشانداد مصرف 150کیلوگرم پتاسیم سبب افزایش در تعداد غوزه، عملکرد وَش و بیولوژیک شد، در حالیکه ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه زایا، تعداد غوزه در بوته و درصد کیل الیاف واکنش معنیداری به مقدار مصرف پتاسیم نداشت، بهجز ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غوزه در بوته و تعداد شاخه زایا بالاترین مقدار صفات موردبررسی از کاربرد پتاسیم بهصورت 25درصد کاشت +25درصد رویشی (مرحله پنج-هشت برگی) +25درصد اولین گلدهی +25درصد غوزهبندی بهدست آمد. در سطوح پتاسیم تقسیط بهصورت مساوی در چهار مرحله کاشت، رویشی، گلدهی و غوزهبندی، عملکرد وَش بیشتری را تولید کرد و کاربرد پتاسیم در مرحله گلدهی یا غوزهدهی در مقایسه با رویشی عملکرد وَش بیشتری داشت. در مجموع در شرایط شور استفاده از 150کیلوگرم در هکتار پتاسیم از منبع سولوپتاس در چهار مرحله کاشت، رویشی، گلدهی و غوزهبندی جهت حصول بالاترین عملکرد وَش مناسب میباشد.

بررسی عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد علوفه علفقناری (Phalaris canariensis L.) در پاسخ به سطوح مختلف آبیاری، کودهای آلی، شیمیایی و تلفیقی
بهمنظور بررسی اثر مقادیر مختلف آبیاری و مدیریت تلفیقی کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد علوفه علفقناری (Phalaris canariensis L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 93-1392 اجرا شد. سه رژیم آبیاری (بر اساس 60، 80 و100درصد نیاز آبی) در کرتهای اصلی و شش تیمار کودی؛ کود شیمیایی (200کیلوگرم در هکتار از منبع اوره و 150کیلوگرم در هکتار از منبع سوپرفسفاتتریپل)، کود ورمیکمپوست (6تن در هکتار)، کود دامی (30تن در هکتار)، کود شیمیایی+کود ورمیکمپوست (50:50)، کود شیمیایی+ کود دامی (50:50) و شاهد) در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمایش نشانداد، که اثر سطوح مختلف آبیاری بر اکثر صفات موردبررسی بهجز درصد برگ به کل ماده خشک علفقناری معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد علوفه تَر بهترتیب برای رژیمهای آبیاری 100 و 80درصد نیاز آبی با 76/24 و 12/24تن در هکتار و بیشترین عملکرد علوفه خشک نیز برای رژیم آبیاری 100 و 80درصد نیاز آبی بهترتیب 51/6 و 30/6تن در هکتار مشاهده شد. همچنین صفتهای ارتفاع بوته، تعداد پنجه در بوته، درصد سنبله، عملکرد علوفه تَر و خشک و پروتئین علوفه تحت تأثیر معنیدار تیمار کودی قرار گرفتند. بیشترین عملکرد علوفه تَر تحت تأثیر تیمار کودی ورمیکمپوست و دامی با 92/24تن در هکتار بهدست آمد و کمترین میزان به تیمار بدون کود (شاهد) با 42/18تن در هکتار اختصاص داشت. بیشترین عملکرد علوفه خشک، برای کودهای دامی و ورمیکمپوست مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، مصرف کودهای دامی یا ورمیکمپوست و همچنین بهصورت تلفیقی با شیمیایی عملکرد قابلتوجهتری خواهد داشت. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش استفاده از روش کمآبیاری علاوهبَر صرفهجویی در مصرف آب، بهصورت 80درصد نیاز آبی میتوان به عملکرد مطلوب علفقناری در واحد سطح دست یافت.
