اثر منابع و مقادیر مختلف کود نیتروژن بر خواص کمی و کیفی گیاه جعفری ((Petroselinum crispum Mill. در منطقه جیرفت

چکیده

گیاه جعفری ارزش غذایی بسیار بالایی داشته و سرشار از ویتامین های A، B، C و عناصر غذایی است. به منظور بررسی اثر منابع مختلف نیتروژن بر جعفری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با دو عامل نوع کود در سه سطح نیترات کلسیم، سولفات آمونیوم و اوره، و مقدار کود در چهار سطح صفر، 100، 125 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار، در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی و با 3 تکرار در سال زراعی 1390 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر منابع نیتروژن بر تمامی صفات اندازه گیری شده معنی دار شد. به طوری که بیش‌ترین میزان وزن تر اندام هوایی، وزن تر ریشه، غلظت ویتامین C، و غلظت کلسیم برگ از منبع کودی 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیترات کلسیم و بیش‌ترین میزان وزن خشک اندام هوایی، ارتفاع بوته و طول برگ و غلظت آهن برگ از منبع 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار سولفات آمونیوم و بیش‌ترین میزان مجموع کلروفیل a و b از 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار اوره به دست آمد.
