اثر تلقیح با باکتری های حل کننده های فسفات و سطوح فسفر معدنی بر خصوصیات رشد و عملکرد دانه در ارقام سویا (Glycine max)

چکیده

به منظور مقایسه اثر باکتری های حل کننده فسفات و سطوح فسفر معدنی بر رشد و عملکرد سویا آزمایشی بصورت دو بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در دشت ناز ساری در سال زراعی 92-1391 انجام شد. فاکتورهای مورد آزمایش شامل دو رقم سویا ساری و تلار به عنوان عامل اصلی و سه سطح مصرف فسفر (0، 50 و 100 کیلوگرم فسفر در هکتار) به عنوان عامل فرعی و چهار سطح تلقیح بذر سویا با باکتری های حل کننده فسفات شامل (شاهد، تلقیح با باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens، تلقیح با باکتری Pseudomonas putida و تلقیح همزمان با هر دو سویه باکتری) به عنوان عامل فرعی فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه (2/186 گرم در متر مربع) با مصرف فسفر 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار بدست آمد و با مصرف 100 کیلوگرم فسفر عملکرد دانه روندی نزولی پیدا نمود. مصرف سویه های باکتری عملکرد دانه را به طور معنی داری افزایش داده و بطوریکه عملکرد دانه از تیمار شاهد با 5/123 گرم در تیمار مصرف پزودوموناس پوتیدا به 160 گرم و در تیمار مصرف پزودوموناس فلورسنس به 2/168 گرم در مترمربع افزایش یافت. حداکثر عملکرد دانه (3/190 گرم در مترمربع) با مصرف توام هردو سویه باکتری بدست آمد که با حداکثر تعداد غلاف در ساقه اصلی (87/40) و بوته (67/99) و حداکثر وزن صد دانه (61/20 گرم) در این تیمار همراه بود. بطورکلی بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه تحت اثرات متقابل سه گانه در رقم تلار در فسفر 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار با مصرف باکتری پوتیدا (6/236 گرم در متر مربع) به دست آمد.
