مقایسه خصوصیات مورفولوژیک ریشه ارقام و لاین‌های جو (Hordeum vulgare) در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای، با استفاده از کاغذ صافی و اتاقک ژل

چکیده

نقش رشد ریشه در افزایش عملکرد محصولات زراعی موضوع شناخته‌شده و مهمی است که امروزه بیش از پیش مورد توجه متخصصان اصلاح نباتات قرار گرفته است. به‌منظور مطالعه ریشه 18 ژنوتیپ جو (Hordeum vulgare) در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای آزمایشی در سال 1391 در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار انجام شد. ابتدا بذرها در پتری دیش جوانه دار شدند. نیمی از بذرهای جوانه زده به اتاقک ژل انتقال داده شدند. سایر بذرها نیز درون کاغذ صافی به‌صورت رول درون آب مقطر قرار گرفتند. ژنوتیپ‌ها از لحاظ مجموع طول ریشه، وزن خشک ریشه، وزن خشک اندام هوایی، میانگین قطر ریشه و برخی پارامترهای دیگر مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که لاین C-87-10 با 283 میلی‌متر طول ریشه در کاغذ صافی و با 226 میلی‌متر طول در اتاقک ژل بیشترین مجموع طول ریشه را به‌خود اختصاص داد، درحالی‌که در کاغذ صافی رقم نیمروز با 3/139 میلی‌متر طول و در اتاقک ژل رقم سهند با 39 میلی‌متر طول کمترین طول ریشه را در بین ژنوتیپ‌ها دارا بودند. از لحاظ وزن خشک ریشه در هر دو محیط رشد ژنوتیپ‌های یوسف، DC-85-5، C-87-10 و نصرت در رده‌های نخست و ارقام والفجر، سهند و نیمروز در رده‌های انتهایی قرار گرفتند. همچنین در آزمایش اول، لاین DC-85-5 و رقم سهند به‌ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین مقدار طول برگ را دارا بودند. از نظر مساحت کل برگ‌ها در آزمایش دوم، لاین C-87-19 بیشترین سطح برگ و رقم سهند کمترین سطح برگ را به‌خود اختصاص داد.
