اثر کاربرد کودهای زیستی، شیمیایی و آلی بر برخی ویژگی‌های رشدی و عملکرد ماشک‌گل خوشه‌ای

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی واکنش برخی از ویژگی‌های رشدی و عملکرد، ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای نسبت به استفاده از کودهای زیستی، شیمیایی و آلی، آزمایشی به‌صورت طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار در سال 1392 و در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 3 نوع کود بیولوژیک و تلفیق آن‌ها با یکدیگر و ورمی‌کمپوست و کود شیمیایی به شرح زیر بود: 1- قارچ میکوریزا آربسکولار گونه Glomus moseae + ورمی‌کمپوست، 2- قارچ میکوریزا + نیتروکسین (حاوی باکتری‌های Azospirillum sp. و sp. Azotobacter)، 3- قارچ میکوریزا + ریزوبیوم (Rhizobium sp.)، 4- قارچ میکوریزا + کود شیمیایی NPK، 5- قارچ میکوریزا Glomus moseae و 6- شاهد. نتایج نشان داد که هرچند تیمارها اثر معنی‌داری بر ارتفاع بوته نداشتند اما بر صفات و ویژگی‌های درصد کلونیزاسیون طول ریشه، تعداد گره ریشه، وزن خشک ریشه، عملکرد تر، عملکرد خشک و میزان پروتئین دارای اثر معنی‌داری بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد کلونیزاسیون طول ریشه (76 درصد)، تعداد گره ریشه ماشک (20 عدد)، وزن خشک ریشه (94/ گرم)، عملکرد تر (5/1894 گرم در متر مربع)، عملکرد خشک (63/473 گرم در متر مربع) و میزان پروتئین (33/27 درصد) در تیمار تلفیقی میکوریزا و ریزوبیوم حاصل شد. با توجه به نتایج آزمایش، بهترین تیمار کودی برای ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای مخلوط قارچ میکوریزا و کود زیستی ریزوبیوم پیشنهاد می‌گردد.
