تأثیر تنش شوری و تغذیه برگی با نانو اکسید روی بر عملکرد و برخی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی جو (Hordeum vulgare L.)

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر تنش شوری و محلول‌پاشی با نانو اکسید روی بر عملکرد تک بوته و برخی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک جو، آزمایشی با سه تکرار در شرایط کنترل به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سال 1392 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل چهار سطح شوری (صفر، 25، 50 و 75 میلی‌مولار در خاک با استفاده از نمک NaCl) و چهار سطح محلول‌پاشی با نانو اکسید روی (صفر، 25/0، 5/0 و 75/0 گرم در لیتر) بودند. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنش شوری عملکرد، طول دوره پر شدن دانه، محتوای کلروفیل و هدایت روزنه‌ای کاهش یافت و عکس این حالت در محلول‌پاشی با نانو اکسید روی به‌دست آمد. با افزایش شوری خاک و عدم محلول‌پاشی، انتقال ماده خشک به دانه افزایش یافت. طوری‌که بیش‌ترین انتقال ماده خشک از ساقه و اندام هوایی به دانه (به‌ترتیب 445/0 و 199/0 گرم در بوته) در شوری 75 میلی‌مولار و در تیمار عدم محلول‌پاشی نانو اکسید روی به‌دست آمد. مقایسه میانگین‌ها نشان داد بالاترین عملکرد تک بوته (22/1 گرم)، طول دوره پر شدن دانه (67/30 روز)، حداکثر وزن دانه (0244/0)، محتوای کلروفیل (2/53) و هدایت روزنه‌ای (7/23 میلی‌مول در متر مربع در ثانیه) در محلول‌پاشی 75/0 گرم در لیتر نانو اکسید روی و عدم اعمال شوری و کمترین آنها در عدم محلول‌پاشی و بالاترین سطح شوری به‌دست آمد. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که به‌منظور افزایش عملکرد در شرایط شور محلول‌پاشی 75/0 گرم در لیتر نانو اکسید روی مفید است.
