اثر ریزوباکترهای محرک رشد گیاه بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای زیستی مختلف بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) آزمایشی در سال زراعی 88-1387 در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل 7 نوع کود زیستی مختلف شامل: 1- نیتراژین (دارای باکتری‌های Azotobacter sp.، Azospirillum sp. و Pseudomonas sp.)، 2- نیتروکسین (دارای باکتری‌های Azotobacter sp. و Azospirillum sp.)، 3- سوپرنیتروپلاس (دارای باکتری‌های Azospirillum sp.، Bacillus sp. و Pseudomonas sp.)، 4- باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات (دارای باکتری‌های Bacillus sp. و Pseudomonas sp.)، 5- بیوفسفر (دارای باکتری‌های Bacillus sp. و Pseudomonas sp.)، 6- نیتروکسین به‌علاوۀ باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات و 7- نیتروکسین به‌علاوۀ بیوفسفر و تیمار شاهد بودند. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد دانه تحت‌تأثیر کودهای زیستی مختلف قرار گرفت و از این نظر تلفیق کودهای نیتروکسین و باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات نسبت به سایر تیمارها برتری داشت. برتری استفاده تلفیقی از کودهای نیتروکسین و باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات در وزن دانه در بوته و شاخص برداشت نیز مشاهده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که کودهای زیستی نیتراژین، نیتروکسین به‌علاوۀ بیوفسفر، نیتروکسین به‌علاوۀ باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات، بیوفسفر، باکتری‌های حل‌کنندۀ فسفات و نیتروکسین به ترتیب باعث افزایش 62، 53، 51، 36 و 30 درصدی وزن خشک غلاف در بوته در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شدند. گر چه اثر کودهای زیستی بر میزان روغن دانه معنی‌دار نبود، ولی استفاده از بیوفسفر و نیتراژین میزان روغن دانه را به طور جزئی (به‌ترتیب 5/1 و 1 درصد) افزایش داد. به طور کلی نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از کودهای زیستی ضمن افزایش عملکرد و بهبود خصوصیات کیفی کنجد می‌تواند وابستگی به کودهای شیمیایی و مخاطرات زیستی آنها را کاهش داده و به عنوان راهکاری بوم‌سازگار جهت توسعه کشاورزی پایدار و حفظ سلامت بوم‌نظام‌ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
