تأثیر انواع روش‌های خاک‌ورزی و مدیریت بقایای گیاهی چغندرقند (Beta vulgaris) بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم (Triticum aestivum)

چکیده

استفاده از سیستم‌های شخم حفاظتی و روش‌های مدیریت بقایای گیاهی با تأثیر مستقیم بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک می‌توانند نقش مؤثری بر پایداری در تولید اکوسیستم‌های زراعی و کاهش مصرف نهاده‌ها داشته باشند. این آزمایش در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی جلگه رخ خراسان رضوی در سال زراعی 93-1392 در زمینی به مساحت 1/5 هکتار که سال قبل به کشت چغندرقند اختصاص داشت، با استفاده از آزمایش کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، به اجرا درآمد. سه سطح شیوه‌های مختلف خاک‌ورزی شامل: شیوه متداول خاک‌ورزی، شخم کاهش یافته و بدون شخم به‌عنوان کرت‌های اصلی و سه تیمار مدیریت بقایای گیاهی شامل بدون بقایا، حفظ 30 و 60 درصد بقایای چغندرقند به‌عنوان کرت‌های فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای مختلف خاک‌ورزی بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد سنبله در مترمربع، طول سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله و شاخص برداشت معنی‌دار نبود. از طرف دیگر اثر این تیمارها بر عملکرد بیولوژیک، وزن دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه گندم به‌ترتیب در تیمارهای بدون خاک‌ورزی و خاک‌ورزی متداول به‌ترتیب با 5/34 و 3/50 تن در هکتار به‌دست آمد. مدیریت بقایای گیاهی بر هیچ‌یک از صفات مورد مطالعه تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. به‌طور کلی، با کاهش میزان عملیات خاک‌ورزی عملکرد بیولوژیک افزایش یافت اما حفظ بقایای گیاهی چغندرقند تأثیری بر عملکرد بیولوژیک گندم نداشت.
