بررسی کارایی مصرف نور و شاخص‌های رشدی ژنوتیپ‌های لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) در شرایط کم‌آبیاری

چکیده

حدود 90 درصد از مساحت ایران در نواحی خشک و نیمه‌خشک قرار دارد که در این مناطق بروز تنش خشکی در دوره رشد گیاهان و از جمله لوبیا امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. به منظور بررسی اثر کم‌آبیاری بر ژنوتیپ‌های لوبیا چیتی، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طی سال 1393 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهرکرد اجرا شد. عامل اصلی رژیم آبیاری (سه سطح: تأمین 100، 80 و 60 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و عامل فرعی پنج ژنوتیپ لوبیا چیتی (صدری، C.O.S.16، KS21193، لاین تیلور و KS21486) بودند. نتایج نشان داد واکنش ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر روند تغییرات وزن خشک، وزن شاخساره، وزن برگ، وزن دانه و همچنین شاخص سطح برگ (LAI)، دوام سطح برگ (LAD)، سرعت رشد گیاه (CGR)، سرعت رشد نسبی (RGR)، سرعت آسمیلاسیون خالص (NAR) و کارایی مصرف نور (RUE)، تحت تأثیر آبیاری متفاوت بود. بیشترین کارایی مصرف نور از ژنوتیپ KS21486 در شرایط تأمین 80 درصد نیاز آبی به‌دست آمد (21/3 گرم بر مگاژول). کاهش آب مصرفی، کارایی مصرف نور ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی را تغییر داد؛ ولی تغییرات در ژنوتیپ‌ها متغیر بود؛ به نحوی که با کاهش میزان آب مصرفی به 80 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه، کارایی مصرف نور ژنوتیپ‌های تیلور، صدری و C.O.S.16 نسبت به شرایط تأمین 100 درصد نیاز آبی کاهش یافت و کارایی مصرف نور ژنوتیپ‌های KS21193 و KS21486 نسبت به شرایط تأمین 100 درصد نیاز آبی افزایش یافت. در شرایط تأمین 60 درصد نیاز آبی کارایی مصرف نور همه ژنوتیپ‌ها، نسبت به شرایط تأمین 100 درصد نیاز آبی کاهش یافت؛ ولی شدت کاهش یکسان نبود، به نحوی که بیشترین و کمترین درصد کاهش کارایی مصرف نور به‌ترتیب در ژنوتیپ‌های C.O.S.16 و صدری مشاهده شد. در شرایط تأمین 100% نیاز آبی، افزایش شاخص رشد محصول در ژنوتیپ C.O.S.16زودتر و با شتاب بیشتری از سایر ژنوتیپ‌ها بود و از نظر حداکثر این شاخص نیز از سایر ژنوتیپ‌ها برتر بود. بیشینه سرعت آسمیلاسیون خالص و سرعت رشد نسبی، در شرایط تأمین 100% نیاز آبی در ژنوتیپ C.O.S.16 مشاهده شد و در شرایط تأمین 80 و 60 درصد نیاز آبی بیشینه میزان سرعت آسمیلاسیون خالص و سرعت رشد نسبی را ژنوتیپ KS21486 داشت. ‌دوام بیوماس، دوام سطح برگ و شاخص سطح برگ بیشترین همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار را با عملکرد نشان دادند؛ بنابراین شاخص‌های مناسبی جهت تخمین عملکرد دانه در شرایط رطوبتی مختلف هستند.
