واکنش برخی از صفات خاک و ویژگی‌های کیفی دانه آفتابگردان به رژیم‌های مختلف تغذیه‌ای

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر رژیم‌های گوناگون تغذیه‌ای بر برخی ویژگی‌های کیفی دانه گیاه روغنی آفتابگردان و همچنین خاک تحت کشت آن، آزمایشی در سال 1394 در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل: عدم کاربرد هر گونه کود شیمیایی و زیستی، کاربرد 100 درصد کود شیمیایی پیشنهاد شده (NP)، 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده بدون کود زیستی، کود آلی ورمی‌کمپوست، کود زیستی فسفونیتروکارا، کود زیستی بیوسولفور، ورمی‌کمپوست+ فسفونیتروکارا، ورمی‌کمپوست+ بیوسولفور، ورمی‌کمپوست+ 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده، فسفو نیتروکارا+ 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده، بیوسولفور+ 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده، ورمی‌کمپوست+ فسفونیتروکارا+ 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده، ورمی‌کمپوست+ بیوسولفور+ 1/2 کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر پیشنهاد شده بود. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای تغذیه‌ای، تمامی صفات به جز درصد روغن دانه و اسیدیته خاک را به‌طور معنی‌داری تحت تأثیر قرار دادند. بیشترین غلظت عناصر بررسی شده، روغن و پروتئین دانه در تیمارهای تلفیقی مشاهده شد. همچنین کاربرد تلفیقی کودها بالاترین غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر و سولفات در خاک را به همراه داشت. به‌طور کلی، چنین به نظر می‌رسد که کودهای زیستی مورد مطالعه و ورمی‌کمپوست به همراه کودهای شیمیایی ضمن تولید عملکرد مطلوب آفتابگردان می‌توانند با بهبود شرایط تغذیه‌ای خاک، تأثیر مثبتی بر پایداری تولید و کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی داشته باشند.
