تأثیر هگزاکونازول و پنکونازول بر تحمل به سرما در گیاه کوشیا (Kochia scoparia)

چکیده

در مناطق معتدله سرمای دیررس بهاره رشد و نمو گیاهان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر تریازول‌ها در بهبود تحمل به سرمای دیررس بهاره در گیاه کوشیا به‌صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. غلظت‌های مختلف هگزاکونازول و پنکونازول (0، 10 و 20 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) قبل از اعمال سرما روی گیاهان تیمار شد و سپس گیاهان در شرایط کنترل شده در معرض دماهای یخ‌زدگی (0، 2-، 4-، 6- و 8- درجه سانتی‌گراد) قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال دماهای یخ‌زدگی پایداری غشاء سلولی از طریق اندازه‌گیری نشت الکترولیت‌ها (EL) و درجه حرارت کشنده برای 50% نمونه‌ها براساس نشت الکترولیت‌ها (LT50el) تعیین شد. درجه حرارت کشنده برای 50% گیاهان براساس درصد بقاء (LT50su) و رشد مجدد گیاهان نیز سه هفته پس از بازیابی گیاهان در شرایط طبیعی تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاهش دما تأثیر معنی‌داری بر نشت الکترولیت‌ها، درصد بقاء، ارتفاع بوته و وزن خشک آن داشت. افزایش غلظت تریازول‌ها به میزان 10 و 20 میلی‌گرم در لیتر در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد سبب کاهش نشت الکترولیت‌ها شد، به‌طوری‌که سبب کاهش LT50el از 9/5- به 2/7- گردید. کاربرد تریازول‌ها با غلظت‌های 10 و 20 میلی‌گرم در لیتر وزن خشک و ارتفاع گیاه را کاهش داد، ولی تأثیری بر درصد بقاء گیاهان نداشت. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد تریازول‌ها سبب کاهش نشت الکترولیت‌ها از گیاه شد، ولی بر درصد بقاء و صفات مرتبط با بازیافت گیاه تأثیری نداشت.
