چکیده

به‌منظور مطالعه اثر تنش خشکي در شرايط آبياري کامل و تنش رطوبتي انتهاي فصل (قطع آبياري در مرحله تورم غلاف برگ پرچم و قطع آبياري در مرحله 50% ظهور سنبله) روي صفات مختلف هشت اکوتيپ triuncialis Aegilops و تعيين صفات موثر بر عملکرد دانه، آزمايشي به‌صورت فاکتوريل بر پايه طرح کاملاً تصادفي با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تنش رطوبتی موجب کاهش مقادير کليه صفات مورد ارزيابي مخصوصاً عملکرد دانه به میزان 89% نسبت به شاهد شد. شرايط تنش رطوبتی با آسيب بر دستگاه فتوسنتزي باعث کاهش کارآيي فتوشيميايي فتوسيستم II و شاخص کلروفيل گرديد. ميزان هدايت روزنه‌اي در شرايط تنش در مرحله تورم سنبله 46 درصد و در مرحله 50 درصد ظهور سنبله 55 درصد کاهش يافته و همچنين موجب کاهش26 درصدي محتوي نسبي آب برگ نسبت به شرايط نرمال گرديد. اگرچه اعمال تنش رطوبتی در این آزمايش باعث کاهش عملکرد دانه در اکوتيپ‌ها نسبت به شرايط بدون تنش شد ولي بعضي از اکوتيپ‌ها مانند هشترود، هوراند و ماکو شرايط تنش را تحمل نموده و کاهش عملکرد کمتري نسبت به سايرين نشان دادند. اکوتيپ‌هاي هشترود، مرند، هوراند، البرز و مشکين توانستند در زمان خشکي، با افزيش طول ريشه رطوبت مورد نياز را از اعماق خاک فراهم کنند.
