چکیده

به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی بر عملکرد و کیفیت علوفه سیلو شده کنگر فرنگی، آزمایشی در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی اصفهان به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1394-1393 اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل سطوح کود شیمیایی نیتروژن‌دار و فسفردار در سه سطح توصیه شده بر اساس آزمون خاک با درصدهای صفر به‌عنوان شاهد، 50 و 100 و فاکتور دوم شامل سطوح کود زیستی در چهار سطح بارور2، نیتروکسین، بارور2+ نیتروکسین و شاهد بودند. اندام هوایی گیاه در مرحله رشد رویشی برداشت گردید و عملکرد علوفه و برخی صفات کیفی علوفه سیلویی تعیین شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سطوح کود شیمیایی عملکرد علوفه تر و خشک افزایش یافت. تلقیح توأم بذور با نیتروکسین و بارور2 و کاربرد تنهای نیتروکسین نیز بیشترین عملکرد علوفه را داشتند. بیشترین مقدار پروتئین خام سیلو (25/19 درصد) مربوط به تیمار 100 درصد کود شیمیایی+ نیتروکسین و بارور 2 و کمترین مقدار آن (68/7 درصد) مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود. با افزایش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی همراه با کاربرد کودهای زیستی از میزان الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی کاسته شد و حداقل میزان آن به تیمار تلفیقی 100 درصد کود شیمیایی + نیتروکسین + بارور 2 اختصاص داشت. کمترین مقدار کربوهیدرات¬های محلول در آب مربوط به تیمار شاهد و بیشترین مقادیر مربوط به تیمارهای تلفیقی 50 درصد کود شیمیایی در کلیه سطوح کود زیستی بود. کاربرد کودهای زیستی قابلیت هضم ماده آلی، انرژی قابل متابولیسم و انرژی ویژه شیردهی را نسبت به سطح شاهد افزایش داد. همچنین با افزایش سطوح کود شیمیایی این صفات افزایش پیدا کردند. به طور کلی، سیستم تغذیه تلفیقی در بهبود عملکرد و صفات کیفی سیلو مؤثرتر از کاربرد کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی به‌صورت جداگانه بود و به نظر می¬رسد تیمار تلفیقی 50 درصد کود شیمیایی + نیتروکسین + بارور 2 می¬تواند برای بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت علوفه سیلو شده کنگر فرنگی پیشنهاد شود.
