بررسی رابطه بین عملکرد دانه و چندین صفت زراعی لاین‌های بومی کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) با استفاده از روش تجزیه علیت و تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی

چکیده

جهت مشخص کردن روابط بین عملکرد دانه با برخی صفات مهم زراعی و انتخاب بهترین ارقام از نظر صفات مختلف، تعداد 36 رقم بومی کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) در سه منطقه کرج، مغان و جیرفت در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی به‌مدت دو سال از نظر 14 صفت کمّی ارزیابی شدند. نتایج ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد که ارتفاع اولین غلاف از طوقه گیاه، وزن دانه‌های یک کپسول، عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد دانه در یک کپسول و ارتفاع بوته بالاترین ضرایب همبستگی را با عملکرد دانه دارا بودند. تجزیه علیت نشان داد که ارتفاع اولین کپسول از طوقه گیاه، تعداد دانه در کپسول و ارتفاع بوته بیشترین اثر مستقیم مثبت و تعداد روز تا شروع رسیدگی بیشترین اثر مستقیم منفی را روی عملکرد دانه داشتند و پیشنهاد می‌شود که به‌عنوان شاخص‌های انتخاب برای پیشرفت عملکرد دانه به کار روند. نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی نشان داد که در ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی پنج مؤلفه در مجموع 77.92 درصد از تغییرات داده‌ها را توجیه کردند. از لحاظ عملکرد به‌ترتیب ژنوتیپ‌های 730-78، 229-78 و 570-78 دارای بالاترین عملکرد دانه در بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی در بای پلات حاصل از مؤلفه اول و دوم بودند. براساس تجزیه خوشه‌ای برای کلیه صفات مورد ارزیابی، چهار گروه تشخیص داده شد. نتایج تجزیه خوشه‌ای نشان داد که دسته‌بندی ژنوتیپ‌ها با توزیع جغرافیایی ژنوتیپ‌ها ارتباطی نداشته و اکثر ژنوتیپ‌ها براساس تفاوت‌های ریخت‌شناختی گروه‌بندی شدند. ارقام بومی که از لحاظ عملکرد دارای برتری بودند، همگی در خوشه شماره یک قرار گرفتند که از آن‌ها می‌توان برای پروژه‌های دورگ‌گیری استفاده نمود.
