در این تحقیق به مقایسه دو الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین، رندومفارست و ایکسجیبوست، در پیشبینی عملکرد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) آبی در 20 شهرستان استان خراسان رضوی پرداخته شد. دو الگوریتم ابتدا با 70 درصد دادهها آموزش دیده و بهینهسازی شدند و سپس با 30 درصد دادهها مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. بهینهسازی دو الگوریتم به کمک جستجوی شبکهای با اعتبارسنجی متقابل پنج مرحلهای انجام گرفت. در ادامه، هر دو الگوریتم ارزیابی و تعیین اعتبار شدند. از نظر معیارهای ارزیابی، مانند جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، ضریب تبیین (R²)، میانگین قدر مطلق خطا (MAE) و شاخص توافق ویلموت (d)، مدل رندومفارست در بسیاری از شهرستانها عملکرد بهتری داشت، درحالیکه ایکسجیبوست در مناطقی با توزیع پیچیدهتر دادهها (مانند مشهد) توانست بهطور مؤثرتری عمل کند. مقایسه نتایج مدلها در شهرستانهای مختلف نشان میدهد که مدل رندومفارست در بسیاری از شهرستانها دقت بالاتری داشت. برای مثال، در شهرستانهایی مانند خلیل آباد، سبزوار، تربتجام، رشتخوار، نیشابور و گناباد، مدل رندومفارست خطای کمتری نسبت به ایکسجیبوست داشت. از سوی دیگر، مدل ایکسجیبوست در بعضی مناطق خاص مانند مشهد، بردسکن، درگز، سرخس و تایباد عملکرد بهتری از خود نشان داد که احتمالاً به ویژگیهای خاص این شهرستانها مربوط میشود. برای شهرستانهای خاف، مهولات و کلات نادر، هر دو مدل یکسان عمل کردند. تحلیل شِیپ نشان داد که در هر دو مدل، دمای کمینه روزانه نقش برجستهای در پیشبینی عملکرد گندم ایفا کرد. در مدل رندومفارست، دمای کمینه روزانه رتبه اول را داشت، درحالیکه در مدل ایکسجیبوست این ویژگی بهطور معمول از اهمیت کمتری برخوردار بود. سایر ویژگیها مانند بارندگی و درجه روز رشد نیز بهشکل قابل توجهی در دقت مدلها تأثیرگذار بودند. مدلها همچنین در طبقهبندی عملکرد گندم با استفاده از ماتریس درهمریختگی ارزیابی شدند. مدل ایکسجیبوست بهطور کلی دقت بالاتری در طبقهبندی کلاسهای عملکرد داشت، درحالیکه رندومفارست در شبیهسازی دقیقتر دادههای واقعی و کاهش خطاهای پیشبینی موفقتر عمل کرد. بهطور کلی، مدل رندومفارست برای پیشبینی عملکرد گندم در استان خراسان رضوی نتایج بهتری در بیشتر شهرستانها نشان داد. اگرچه مدل ایکسجیبوست پتانسیل بالاتری برای مدلسازی الگوهای پیچیده دارد، امّا رندومفارست در شرایط پراکندگی بیشتر دادهها دقیقتر عمل کرد. نتایج این مطالعه تأکید کرد که با بهرهگیری از دادههای اقلیمی و زراعی میتوان الگوریتمهای یادگیری ماشین را بهینه کرده و علاوهبر دقت بالا، بهکمک ابزار شِیپ، تحلیلی شفاف و کاربردی از نقش هر متغیر در عملکرد گندم ارائه نمود.
