پیشبینی عملکرد دانه، بخشی کلیدی در کشاورزی است که به کشاورزان و برنامهریزان کمک میکند تا منابع را بهطور کارآتر مدیریت کرده و بهرهوری را بالا ببرند. این مطالعه به بررسی و مقایسه هشت الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین برای پیشبینی عملکرد دانه ذرت (Zea mays L.) با استفاده از 73 ویژگی گیاهی و خاکی، شامل 32 ویژگی اصلی و 41 ویژگی تعاملی مهندسیشده پرداخته است. آزمایشها در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد طی دو سال انجام شد و دادهها با تقسیم تصادفی (70 درصد آموزش، 15 درصد اعتبارسنجی، 15 درصد تست) و استانداردسازی (StandardScaler) پردازش شدند. ابتدا، مدل رگرسیون گامبهگام پسرونده 13 ویژگی کلیدی (مثلCanopy Temp_3، % P plant) را شناسایی کرد (R²(adj)=58.53%). سپس، الگوریتمهایANFIS، Transformer، ANN، SVR، LightGBM، XGBoost، Enhanced DNN و SVM از بین 15 الگوریتم رایج، غربال و ارزیابی شدند. معیارهایR²، RMSE، MAE وWillmott’s d نشان داد که ANFIS (R²=0.555)، Transformer (R²=0.545) و ANN (R²=0.518) بهترین عملکرد را داشتند، درحالیکه SVM (R²=0.325) ضعیفترین بود. نمودارهای SHAP و Decision Plot نشان داد که تعاملات مثل Leaf Area Index_Dry Matter Yield وCanopy Temp_4 در پیشبینی نقش کلیدی دارند. تحلیل همبستگی، دو خوشه اصلی (فیزیولوژیکی و عملکردی) را آشکار کرد، و توزیعهای اُریب دادهها لزوم مدلهای غیرخطی را تأیید کرد. نتایج نشان داد که مدلهای شبکه عصبی (بهویژه با سازوکارهای Attention وTensorFlow) روابط اکوفیزیولوژیکی پیچیده را بهتر مدلسازی میکنند. ویژگیهایی مثل دمای تاجپوشش و برهمکنش محتوای نیتروژن گیاه-درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه بهعنوان متغیرهای اصلی شناسایی شدند که نشاندهنده اهمیت تعاملات بین جذب عناصر غذایی و پاسخهای فیزیولوژیکی گیاه بودند. این مطالعه نشان داد که ترکیب ویژگیهای تعاملی با الگوریتمهای پیشرفته یادگیری ماشین میتواند از یک سو، دقت پیشبینی را بالا ببرد و به افزایش کارآیی سیستمهای تولید گیاهان زراعی در راستای اهداف کشاورزی پایدارکمک کند و از سوی دیگر، زمینههای لازم برای مدیریت زراعی دقیق، شناسایی مسیرهای اکوفیزیولوژیکی مؤثر در شکلگیری عملکرد نهایی و سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی را فراهم آورد.
