بهبود رشد و عملکرد گیاه کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa) از طریق پیش‌تیمار بذر و محلول‌پاشی با اسیدهای آمینه سرین و گلوتامین

چکیده
به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر اسیدهای آمینه بر بهبود پروتئین و عملکرد دانه کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa)، آزمایشی طی سال 1402 در آزمایشگاه و مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود اجرا گردید. این پژوهش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل پیش‌تیمار بذر در چهار سطح (صفر (عدم پیش‌تیمار)، آب مقطر، سرین و گلوتامین هرکدام با غلظت 200 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و محلول‌پاشی برگی در چهار سطح (شاهد (آب مقطر)، سرین، گلوتامین، ترکیب توأم سرین و گلوتامین هرکدام با غلظت 200 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) بود. پیش‌تیمار بذور با مواد و غلظت‌های یاد‌شده با رعایت اصول هوادهی بذر به مدت سه ساعت و محلول‌پاشی برگی قبل از گل‌دهی گیاه در شرایط مناسب انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که اسیدهای آمینه ضمن کاهش پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها و بهبود وضعیت آب برگ سبب افزایش عملکرد شدند. پیش‌تیمار و محلول‌پاشی با سرین، پیش‌تیمار و محلول‌پاشی با گلوتامین، پیش‌تیمار با سرین به همراه محلول‌پاشی توأم سرین و گلوتامین، پیش‌تیمار با گلوتامین و محلول‌پاشی توأم این دو ماده موجب افزایش وزن هزار دانه در محدوده 10.27 تا 12.20 درصد و افزایش تعداد دانه در خوشه در محدوده 9.10 تا 11.97 درصد گردیدند. محلول‌پاشی توأم سرین و گلوتامین و هم‌چنین محلول‌پاشی گلوتامین و سرین به‌تنهایی به‌ترتیب منجر به افزایش 0.82، 0.59 و 0.52 درصدی پروتئین دانه شدند. بیشترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به کاربرد پیش‌تیمار و محلول‌پاشی سرین، پیش‌تیمار و محلول‌پاشی گلوتامین و پیش‌تیمار با گلوتامین به همراه محلول‌پاشی توأم سرین و گلوتامین بود که به‌ترتیب نسبت به شاهد افزایش 30.52، 30.91 و 31.02 درصدی را نشان دادند. در نهایت در محدوده پژوهش انجام‌شده، کاربرد پیش‌تیمار بذرها با سرین و گلوتامین به همراه محلول‌پاشی برگی توأم این دو ماده جهت افزایش پروتئین و عملکرد دانه کینوا توصیه می‌گردد.
