واکنش برخی شاخص‌های رشدی، عملکرد و کیفیت علوفه دو رقم کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa Willd) به سطوح مختلف تراکم بوته در منطقه باوی، استان خوزستان

چکیده
با هدف بررسی اثرات تراکم‌های مختلف بوته و ارقام کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa Willd) بر رشد و عملکرد علوفه، آزمایش مزرعه‌ای به‎صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‎های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار طی سال زراعی 1403-1402 در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل تراکم بوته در سه سطح (30، 50 و 70 بوته در متر‌مربع) و دو رقم کینوا (شامل رحمت و صدوق) بود. براساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس، اثر تراکم بوته بر شاخص سطح برگ، درصد پروتئین علوفه و عملکرد پروتئین علوفه و اثر رقم بر عملکرد پروتئین علوفه و عملکرد علوفه معنی‌دار بود. همچنین برهم‌کنش تراکم بوته و رقم بر درصد پروتئین و عملکرد پروتئین علوفه معنی‌دار شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین شاخص سطح برگ (به‌ترتیب با میانگین 3.87 و 3.11) در تراکم 70 و 30 بوته در متر‌مربع حاصل شد. همچنین بیشترین درصد پروتئین علوفه در تراکم 30 بوته در مترمربع به‌ترتیب در رقم صدوق (6.35 درصد) و رقم رحمت (6.03 درصد) و بیشترین عملکرد پروتئین علوفه (با 1163 کیلوگرم در هکتار) نیز در 30 بوته در متر‌مربع و رقم صدوق به‌دست آمد. ضمن اینکه بیشترین عملکرد علوفه خشک (با میانگین 18259 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در رقم صدوق و کمترین آن (با میانگین 10633 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در رقم رحمت مشاهده شد که نسبت به هم اختلاف معنی‌داری داشتند. در مجموع، کاربرد بهینه تراکم بوته موجب افزایش شاخص سطح برگ، درصد و عملکرد پروتئین علوفه گردید. علاوه‌ بر این رقم صدوق عملکرد بهتری را جهت افزایش کمیت و کیفیت علوفه کینوا در شرایط منطقه مورد نظر تولید کرد.
